Her parents left them all alone and went out for dinner and drinks and someone took her. It’s possible they drugged them all to keep them quiet and the guilt of that (she didn’t sake and fight) drives them. I don’t think they killed her.
Who does this? A surprising number of people. We have had people we met on holiday encourage us to. We have had family insist everyone goes out for a meal and get very, very annoyed when I refuse to. I usually end up in whoever’s got the biggest room with half a dozen family kids ‘having a camping evening’ but I refuse point blank to leave them alone. Will not do it. Another thing people think I’m weird and stuck up about.

Yes exactly. What if they wake and you’re not there? Climb something? Choke? It’s madness to do this. Sit out on the balcony or patio while they are inside with a monitor? fine. But you need to be on the premises. I don’t know if it’s a British thing, or just a shit parent thing, but it happens a lot. Remember this is the country where the upper crust have children, raise them via nanny and pack them off to boarding school at 8. Why bother?
I always found it especially horrifying that their friends had two girls (I wanna say it was the O'Brien couple), one of whom was 1 year olds and had been vomiting that evening, and that still wasn't enough for anyone to say 'Fuck it, leave all the kids in the apartment, I'll watch them, bring me some takeout.' Especially considering how many doctors were present.

The podcast Invisible Choir did a deep dive into this, was able to debunk some of the attributed images (the ones related to dissection were educational medical films), and last update made it sound like the cops may be close to an arrest. I really hope so. Drag that piece of shit into the
A couple of quick updates regarding the UNCENSORED "Dr. Gloves" series:

  • The Children's Subacute Center at the Community Hospital of San Bernardino quietly redid their promotional video featuring patient care at the facility. The primary change implemented in the updated video: they removed the images and video of the juvenile victims that I identified through my exhaustive investigative series. The video now features new children, but other key visual markers identifying the space are still evident in this new video. I have been calling for the removal of these victims from such a public forum since day one, so I view this both as a quiet admission of impropriety and a sign of progress that they have been appropriately advised to refilm the video.
  • I know I alluded to the fact that there has been some MAJOR movement going on behind-the-scenes with law enforcement on this case. Unfortunately, that movement has hit a roadblock and progress has effectively ceased. Thanks to our investigative series, law enforcement has positively identified the individual behind the BDSM mask posing in at least some of the grotesque photographs. Unfortunately I cannot reveal more information at this time, in part, because they have effectively shut me completely out of the communication loop. I have assembled a team of researchers to launch a new examination of this case, but we will be doing so quietly behind-the-scenes so as not to publicly jeopardize any further law enforcement movement on the case. I will of course record update episodes if and when there are any new major developments.
This update was made by Invisible Choir in 2023. I’m bummed nothing else has been released.

I’ve said before in this thread this was perfectly normal behaviour for parents of a certain age in Britain and most of us kids would have slept in a hotel room whilst our parents had a cheeky beer or five whilst we slept.

It’s just a thing that was normal and autists will never understand as they don’t have friends or go outside.

Would I do it to my kids? No. Would I if Maddy never got snatched? Who knows.

Another one of my hot takes: The West Memphis Three totally did it.

100%.

Getting blatantly guilty people out of jail is big business but given the incredible cruelty of "The Innocence Project" (and like cases), one can't help but wonder if founders Scheck and Neufeld had sadistic humiliation in mind as well.

Too many people take documentaries as absolute fact and forget that the filmmakers have their own agendas and absolutely will twist things to fit their narrative. Making A Murderer is complete bullshit and yet people were jizzing over it until the prosecutors had to come out and present all the shit the doc conveniently left out.

That broken bottle of Evan Williams that Jesse led the cops to never sat right with me.

Big things for me:

All of them lied about their alibis or got caught trying to convince someone to provide them an alibi. To this day none of them have any explanation for where they were during the murders.

All three boys were tied up with completely different knots which points to three different suspects.

Not to mention that Misskelley didnt just confess to the cops that were sweating him. He confessed to multiple different people.

This problem is compounded by the fact that people don't like to concede they were deceived, so they watch the documentary (or the interview), make up their mind and then dig their heels in when presented with the rest of the evidence.

Central Park 5, Knox, Rodney Reid, Adnan... etc.

You're not weird to me. I was baffled when I first heard they just left the kids alone and went out to dinner. I thought there must have been a mistake..a well educated couple should definitely know better. I come from generations of fairly uneducated farmers and no one in my family would ever leave small children unattended like this. They would judge the hell out of someone who did. I'd only ever heard of junkies leaving their young kids home alone until this case.

He confessed to his lawyer who was begging him not to confess. Is there a legal term for that? Anti-duress? It's on tape somewhere, I do believe.

There was also the girl that was super involved in his bid for freedom who was so inspired by his case that she went to school for criminal justice. Well after doing all the criminal justice courses, she went over the trial transcripts and started asking some difficult questions of Jessie and while she won't go into detail about what he said, it causes her to flip to the guilty side after decades of visiting, corresponding, and campaigning for his freedom.

It's also interesting reading the confession because they constantly say he was coerced and lead by the detectives. But reading the transcript, the detectives ask him leading questions BUT they lead to things that dont match the evidence and Jessie actually corrects them to what matches the evidence.

Detectives: "Have they got their clothes on when you saw them tied?"
Jessie: "No, they had them off."

Echols to cops: If it were me who had done it, I'd have probably pissed in their mouths.

Forensics reveals piss in their stomachs.

We're talking OJ levels of 'if I DID IT'

Here's a lil' bit of wtf that's been taking up space in my head recently-

Once upon a time in Pennsylvania there was a lady named Stella Williamson (1904-1980.)
She was the daughter of Alfred (1859-1930) and Dessie (1864-1942) she was the sister of Arthur (1888-1970) and Howard (1899-1969.)

In February of 1960 Stella had some health issues (hysterectomy complications?) and was afraid she may die, so she wrote a letter explaining a few things that were in her attic. She lived and the letter went unopened until 1980, when Stella passed from natural causes and her housemate Guy Shrack (1902-1991) found it.

The letter said -
“Today I started to bleed and I want to make things right if anything should happen to me. In the attic in an old trunk you will find babies I had to Howard Drass thirty years or more. How I got away with I don’t know but I did so I don’t want anyone else to be blamed for something they know nothing about. This is one reason I could never marry anyone else. I have lived a good life since so as God is my judge this is the truth. Please forgive me if you can.”
There were a few lines regarding personal items and then she simply wrote, “Stella.” As a postscript, Stella wrote: “He never wanted me. Only something to play with and I was a fool in his hands.”

Mr. Schrack contacted the police, who started investigating.
They tried to contact the man named as the father of the deceased babies, Howard Drass (1896-1980) but he was by that time too old and senile to communicate.

The remains of the infants were buried in an unmarked grave in Richland Cemetery in Gallitzin, PA and everything was over...
until July of 2025 when it was announced that two infant skulls turned up at the Mutter Museum. They had been sent there by Dr. Halbert Fillinger (1926-2006) for some reason, even though he didn't have permission.
Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees is trying to reunite the skulls with the rest of the remains, but currently no one can find them.
They are still trying.

The Stella Williamson Case [Documentary]

The house was torn down a few years ago due to being neglected and falling in, but the video above has some footage of it just before it's demise.

The father did it, the mother covered it up. JonBenet was doted on by her mother and molested by her father. The brother was being emotionally abused / neglected and was jealous of the attention that JonBenet was getting and acted out. The clue is in the ransom note. The Ramseys were weird fucks, and they took advantage of Burke's behavioural problems in order to subtly throw him under the bus.
Honestly, where is the evidence for any of this? JonBenet went to a pediatrician approximately 30+ times for minor cuts and scrapes in the two years prior to her death; hardly the actions of a pedophile father, and her pediatrician has said he noticed no signs of sexual abuse. Plus John wasn't involved in JB's pagentry; you would think a man attracted to his daughter wouldn't miss a chance to stare at her in sexualised outfits. For what it's worth John's older daughter Melinda loves her father and always denied any kind of inappropriate contact between John and herself. As for the ransom note, I don't see what's it in that implicates John in particular as we know he didn't write the note and the tone of the note seems to contain animus towards him. If you think John killed her, what incentive would Patsy have to cover it up and write the ransom note? Patsy was an emotional wreck the day of the "kidnapping" and had to be sedated in the days following, so where's the evidence that she could write a note that gets stronger as it goes on and stage the scene by putting duct tape on JonBenét? It takes a stone cold sociopath to do that and I don't think Patsy fits that profile.

As for Burke, how was he thrown under the bus? John and Patsy refused to have him interviewed by police, instead opting for a child psychologist, and Burke was never featured prominently in the media. All discussion of Burke as a suspect only emerged once Burke reached adulthood, and you could argue given John's involvement with the recent Netflix special that he's doing everything in his power to clear Burke's name in the wake of the CBS documentary.

I'm not a Ramsey defender, but there's a lot that points against them. If they killed JB and put her in the basement, why would they then call the Whites and the Ferneys and allow multiple searches of the home that included the basement area JB was found in? I don't see how that would be beneficial to them in any way. Plus, much of the destruction of the crime scene was done by the police and victim advocates. If the parents killed her how could they have the foreknowledge to know that the crime scene would be as botched as it was? Moreover, parental involvement doesn't explain the unknown male DNA in her underwear. Ramsey theorists like to dismiss this evidence, and I would be inclined to do so as well if the DNA was found on JB's shirt, but given that it was on her underwear and longjohns that makes it much harder to handwave away. IIRC no DNA or fibres belonging to John were found in the garrote that killed JB either.

I'm not a Ramsey defender, so if you can point me towards anything that would dispute this I would be interested in reading it. Personally I never found any John Did It or Patsy Did It theories to be any bit credible; IMO the strongest Ramsey theory is Burke Did it All with John and Patsy staging the scene with the duct tape and writing the note, as I don't believe John and Patsy would strangle and sexually assault JB if Burke accidentally hit her with the flashlight just to protect Burke.

Both the Ramseys and the McCanns suffer from being dislikeable.

In the case of the Ramseys, too many people had a distates for child pageantry and viewed Patsy as shallow. Burke also failed to come across as human in the one interview that he did.

As for the McCanns, Gerry in particular seems to be an arrogant asshole. He just rubs regular sensibilities up the wrong way.

In both cases though, I don't think the parents had any involvement in their children's deaths.

Is there some reason the British suck so much? You could get arrested in the U.S. for pulling shit like that.
Norman admixture? It’s an upper class thing. I don’t know anyone working class who does it - there will always be an older sibling happy to get some babysitting money or an aunt who is happy to avoid a gathering and who is perfectly happy having fun with a gaggle of small kids while everyone’s out.
In the past month alone I have heard one uni lecturer tell me that she leaves her two young boys alone (2 and 4!) with an iPad and goes out for ‘a break.’ Apparently it’s fine as she is only five minutes away. A two year old. Beggars belief. Everyone just nodded along and told her she needs her me time.
I feel like some kind of alien interloper.

This from before we became a rainbow police state. They would probably get fucked my social services these days if they found out and didn’t have a dead kid to hide behind.

There was a time when we were far less faggy than you burgers and you could do things like that.
