Creepy Unsolved Mysteries - From unsolved murders to unidentified people to unexplained supernatural events, what are some of the creepiest unsolved mysteries you've ever heard of?

One time I got Taco Bell to bring home, but I stopped at Sam's Club first. I had a full Baja Blast in a drink carrier in my passenger seat. When I came out my Baja Blast was empty. There was no signs of anything leaking or spilling. Surely a large Baja blast leaking would have left evidence. It was empty. Everything else was still there.

The Baja Blast was empty in the first place and you didn't notice.

I was leaning to: "You filled up with mostly fizz, and absent-mindedly drank it without realizing it"

No no. It was full. It was from the drive through. It wasn't a dry cup. You could see that there was leftover in the very bottom, but where did the rest of it go. The weight of the full cups kept the drink carrier still in my passenger seat. If it was foam or mostly empty it would have been sliding around. Someone or something drank my soda. It'll happen to you

You left your car door unlocked like a sucker so I climbed inside and drinked it. What are you going to do about?

I think this depends on where you're talking about. American reservations, sure, but that Highway of Tears shit is legitimately spooky.
Honestly a lot of it's gang, drug or native related and it's pretty much just ignored for the same reasons Pickton was. BC's an incredibly corrupt place at the local level and most police departments and local politicians have ties to the Hell's Angels and other gangs. The Hell's Angels aren't really bikers any more. They mostly own property and hang out with politicians and local business people. I mean, they still sell drugs, commit violent crimes, traffick women and all the rest. It's just they're all buddies with and hang out with the people that are supposed to stop them.

It's just an attempt at drawing attention to a normal amount of crime. 80 victims in 50 years over 400+ miles including many towns/cities. Half the entries on wikipedia are solved crimes.

Reactions: The Hardest R
I was thinking about this case recently. Crazy they still don't know who did it (or if they do, they aren't saying). Whoever it was, they obviously hated her to kill her in such a gruesome fashion.
Isn't it pretty obvious it was her father in law Randy? Been a while since I looked into that one. I remember most signs pointing to him. Especially his odd gait and how he acted post murder

Why would he want to murder her? And didn't he have an alibi?

Apparently. It is odd how the husband and father in law were both out of town when she gets murdered, are smiling often in interviews, husband takes 2 days to get back after the murder. Suspect has a similar gait to the FiL. It's just a lot of weird things going on at once. Apparently she was exchanging intimate messages with someone on LinkedIn. Her husband knew about it. more fuel to the fire on the husband and FiL having a motive. Police never found out who that person was apparently? That seems like pure incompetence.

The last time I went down this rabbit hole, the FIL had a rock solid alibi, and those fishing trips were confirmed months in advanced. Not only that, but her going inside the church was not typical, usually her workout classes were held outside, but due to the rain, she moved it inside that day.

I think it makes sense that the husband and FIL aren't that broken up about her death. Their marriage was strained and she was apparently cheating on him.

Do you remember the case where this other guy had a fishing alibi but the cops were super autistic and found out the video he took was shot on a different day because of how the sun cast shadows and it turns out he really was off killing his wife? I have to find that one. I'm just skeptical of their alibi, but you're right about the affair maybe they genuinely just hated her but didn't do it.

I guess it's possible they both faked their alibis but if they did, they did an expert job of it. There were a couple of YouTubers and podcasters that went super in depth about them, and it seems highly unlikely that both of them would be able to fake all of that.

The most plausible theory I remember reading about was there was this one woman that knew Missy and had a history of having a really bad temper, plus her husband was law enforcement so she would have the means to get the riot gear and the connections to help cover up a crime. She would also have a motive if Missy was sleeping with her husband, as it is rumored.

The fact that the riot gear guy is just wandering around checking rooms and breaking shit makes me think it’s just some crazy random guy who went there to kill someone, no one in particular, just someone and she was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I still say the way the suspect hugs the wall is distinctly feminine.
