This is originally from the Creepypasta Fandom thread in Lolcow, but I don't want to derail it. Too many creepypastas nowadays are shitty Jeff the killer self-inserts or knockoffs by insane 12-year old girls who don't know how to write (yet?). Let's come up with some better creepy story ideas, shall we? Mind you that many of the results will be awkwardly structured syntax-wise and will have an overabundance of widow(er)s.

Decent ones I got:

"One morning, a group of tourists want to transform a lost pendant into an eldritch abomination after reading a tome of eldritch lore."

"In the middle of the night, a young man gets bored and investigates an old house haunted by a vampire."

"On Halloween night, a boy becomes amnesiac and wants to explore an abandoned factory after wearing a necklace."

"One night in a wrecked plane, a pilot is transformed into a zombie while searching for a lost boy."
 
"One night, a disturbing boy and a strange man are forced to transform a priest into a disturbing CD."

Now that would be a good read.

You kill the serial killer, which is pretty damn brutal.
 
Here are some pretty random ones I got:

"One night, a film student and an insane widow create the blood of a government agent."
"One morning in a restaurant haunted by a strange creature, a doctor and an evil woman investigate a wrecked ship."
"One evening in a parallel world, some children kidnap a crazed man."

I don't know about you guys, but the last one sounds pretty funny.

I played a really scary Steam game once where the house was haunted by two creepy witches and JFK...

The game was called "Gone Home"!
