Yeaaaah...I'd have to agree and say MAYBE Bluespike. But to be honest, Chris brought A LOT of the nonsense upon himself. I genuinely feel bad about a few of the situations CWC got involved in (driving hundreds of miles for no reason, being summonsed and brought to trial) but like others have stated, he's done things just as bad. But with that said, I'd say the true crime against Chris-chan was the way Borb raised him. Seriously, I blame them for A LOT. Maybe if they were more competent and proactive parents, shit wouldn't have gone so south. He needed more help and guidance, which he obviously never got.

This. I mean, BlueSpike's nonsense was pretty bad, but as it was stated, in the end, Chris didn't seem to care. Borb did more long-term damage to him than any of the trolling or the shoving of medallions into no-no places. And at this point, it'll be an uphill battle to get him to make any positive change.

However, when he wants people to pay attention to him, everything that's ever been done that he didn't agree with is considered a crime against him; punishable only by getting the shit kicked out of a created version of the offending party in Soul Calibur. Or something.

I don't agree with trying to justify trolling because it is what it is. It's prodding someone to see if they'll react. Whether Chris brought it on himself or Borb doing more harm than the trolling efforts or not is irrelevant to the matter of what the trolls themselves have done.

As for actual crimes, I don't know, I'm not real acquainted with law. For "going too far" on the other hand I agree with the general consensus that Bluespike was a teenager way too eager to look cool.

I agree with everyone that what BlueSpike did REALLY crossed the line (and could be construed as a crime), while the trolls hacking into Chris' email, websites and PSN accounts was mostly benign.

I go back and forth on this in my head from time to time while reading the cwcki. All I can say on this particular topic is that you can't really judge what is and is not a crime based on our third party observance of it all. The fact is we don't know how competent Chris really is at making decisions based on reasoning and rationality and that plays a big part in his own culpability. It seems like there's a divide between people here who think he's an adult who knows what he's doing and does everything because he wants to and those who think he's just an Adult Autistic Child who's easily deceived and certain trolling schemes went too far. What makes Chris such a great case study is that he kind of falls into both categories which is why I'm so torn on the matter.

I remember when Jackie tried to get Chris arrested by suggesting to him to stage a sit-in at the GaMe Place. Thankfully, Chris being the coward he is, he did a half-assed job and fled before shit hit the fan.

.. Only for it to hit the fan at a much later date.

It had a fairly big impact

Considering how naive and gullable he was, I'm actually kind relieved for him that his PSN being hacked was the only actual crime committed against him. I'm glad nobody A-loggy managed to get in contact with him and con him into getting hurt. (And if I can be TRUE and HONEST, that's nowhere near impossible seeing as he went to a random strangers doorstep while in Ohio.)

That sentence proves you are clearly suffering from arrested development, but since you have such a record of service to the community, im just gonna charge on outta here

Thank you merciful Judge, glad we didn't have to come to an arraignment.
