I'm not talking trolling plans nor legal action (as ik reaching out to the sheriff's office failed), but at least something instead of nothing. Or maybe something has been done or is in the works, and I'm just not caught up to speed.

I have repeatedly used Crazy Gail as a pinnacle example of something not funny, and she is the classic example of a "Cultcow" to the point where she inspired the word. I still allow discussion on her, and I still allow discussion of Chris. My opinions and actions have not changed.

This is not new behavior. When the law is being broken and I know I can help I usually do, but even then that's not the requirement. I gave advice to Moleman over the phone, I was sympathetic towards Jace during Deagle Nation, I turned down stealing from Skylar's Ethereum wallet when a hacker pulled all his emails, I have an entire subforum for content I let pass away when it's not funny and dead.

That's the big secret about me: I'm a fucking softy and I have massive empathy for people, but that doesn't trump my principles. There are certain things I wholly endorse and speculative conversation is one of them. Entertaining is one of them. What I do not endorse, and have never endorsed, is harassment and criminal behavior. I also really don't like it when blowhards threaten me legally.

Really the only option is if someone is able to explain the gravity of the situation to Barb, which is probably nigh impossible. She’s the only person Chris would unwaveringly obey. Chris won’t voluntarily commit himself to a mental ward, he’s too far gone to be reasoned with. And as far as explaining what’s going on to Barb she’d probably be extremely wary of someone from the Internet randomly contacting her about Chris considering the history of every other false alarm that’s past trolls have reported to her and Bob in the past.

I don't mind laughing at foolish people, but when those people are getting abused and become victims of criminal acts, it's time to STOP LAUGHING, and if you can do anything to intervene, you do it, especially since legal lines have been crossed.
