Shintaro Kago, the artist that did this one, is kind of an interesting guy. He mostly gets published in Guro magazines but his shit is primarily just weird comedy and bizarre stuff. It doesn't ever really read like he has any of the fetishes he portrays, he just wants to do off the wall humor stories. Vice did an article interviewing him back when they were staffed by shitposters and not SJWs but they seem to have deleted the text of it. He even made some comics for them and did some cool cover art.
