Hahah reminds me of the 'toad licking' panic of 'cane toads' who secreted bufotenine on their skin as a defense when agitated and the stories of teenagers licking them and getting high. I and some friends would go around to pet stores that sold reptiles asking if they sold 'cane toads' and enjoying the reactions of various store employees and managers which varied from just angry 'NO!' to threats to call our parents and demands for our home phone numbers (Cellular phones belonged to the military and Miami Vice villians at that time) and/or threats to call the cops.

It was a good time to be a greasy fuckwad teenager in the late 80s. We may not have had the internet to troll ppl with, but IRL trolling was far funnier anyway.
