Looks like one of those over idealized ball jointed dolls with the joints photoshopped out. If you look where at the shoulder connects and the chest/ribs, you can faintly see what I'm talking about. Plus the fact that the pecs are perfectly angled in parallel rather than squashed into a more V shape from leaning against the wall. Could even be those silicone covered 1/6 armature dolls, so the faint lines are from the bend rather than joints. I may be completely off, but that's what I see. Feel bad for the sculpt to be in the hands of a furfag though.
