Reminds me of a segment off of A 1000 ways to die, the major difference being that the guy's entire intestine fell out of his ass after trying to weight lift.

OMG seriously?? You'd think blowing out a massively hemorrhoidal rectum to the point of prolapse would be hellish enough. (Seriously, look at that ringpiece before the rare roast beef pokes out. That's fucking horrifying alone.) He must have been pushing with all of his abdominal muscles instead of the certain ones you are supposed to use when deadlifting for a DAMN long time to have that much of a rekd pooper already before the blowout.
