This man, Viacheslav "Red Tarzan" Datsik, who reportedly believed that Jesus was a Mossad agent was locked up in a psychiatric hospital because he was too crazy for prison. He also wanted to make it clear that he was a racist, not a neo-Nazi.

He later tore through a chain link fence to escape and immediately went to rob a mobile phone store. For crazy man reasons he robbed the same store that led to his arrest in the first place.
