This is an idea that has probably been mentioned in passing many times but the last full post about it that I can see was from 2018. The forum and its infrastructure have changed and updated greatly since then so I think it's reasonable to ask about the possibility again.
Could we ever get customization options for text and buttons on the site? The last few times the site's changed colors (monotone for pride month, purple for when we moved to Tor for a while, orange currently for Halloween) I've personally really enjoyed these color schemes and I'd love to have a way to make things a certain color all the time. If this is able to be implemented, there would be the problem of taking away the "special" aspect of having seasonal text colors, but the default site appearance would presumably still change so it'd still be a fun occasion. I wouldn't even mind only having preset themes to use as long as I got that sleek purple text back.
