Bol and Polly being fed through safety glass:

A reckless keeper enters the manul containment facility and is immediately swarmed:

It is safer to engage one on one, as is done here with Snezhinka:

Handsome Zelenogorsk gives a speech. Listen and learn.

Last month, Loesje birthed a litter of four kittens (so-called minuls)
By now they are quite active (though they still sleep a lot).
The den has a livestream on youtube and twitch. At this time, the minul are asleep and Loesje is out.

Their father is Thomas O'Malley, brother of Polly.

You can see their wonderful enclosures in this video (english subtitles are available):

"We have manul at home."

I had the chance to get behind a Pallis Cat exhibit during a feeding. They (juvenilles) were being fed whole dead baby chicks.

These things are not like wild house cats.
They are evil in every sense of the word.
The noises these cats made was worse than any cat fight I've ever heard. It sounded like 4 chainsaws. They exist to murder.

It honestly does make them cuter.
But you know how people sometimes keep racoons, servals, even tigers as pets, because they can become sorta tamed and respectful of their masters?

I've never seen anyone do that with a pallis' cat. These things will murder you for fun.

A dozen manul kittens were born across two litters in Novosibirsk this year.
