And for reference I'm pretty sure the last thing it was mimicking was a frogfish like this one

So I haven't been keeping up with General for a while and not only did the "Terrors" thread die (which I liked a lot,) I totally missed all this.
*ahem* OMFG *SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEE*
Unconventional cuteness:
Chris P. Bacon - Pig on Wheels! He was originally brought to the vet to be put to sleep because his back legs don't work, but the vet ended up adopting him and built him a little cart out of K'nex (I think.) He's got his own actual pet-sized wheelchair now and he was recently on all the NY morning TV shows.
Kabang - Hero dog who lost her snout when it got caught in the spokes of a motorcycle when she ran in front of it to save two little girls from getting run over. A shit-ton of money was raised to have her flown to San Diego for surgery to get the wounds in her face closed, and after a few setbacks, she's set to have her facial surgery within the next few weeks.
Kabang and one of her puppies.

He needs to sleep in a dark room and have eye drops applied a few times a day but otherwise he can see fine and he likes chasing bugs.
On a more cute note here's a dog named Faith who was born without front legs. Her owner taught her to walk on two and now she's world famous.
