Yeah, I mentioned this earlier in this thread I believe and I agree with how normal he looks.

It may just be that his mental age matches his physical age so he looks perfectly normal and as he gets older his body outgrows his mind, thus he ends up looking more and more unusual for somebody of that age.

Or as I believe, borb just didn't understand what Autism is so when he was diagnosed they simply treated him like a retard and effectively stunted his development by constantly reinforcing the idea that he's special and doesn't need to grow up like all the other kids. This would go a long way to explaining why Chris is so damn fucked up in comparison to other high functioning autistic people.

I believe in one of the Kacey calls he claimed they reused plastic utensils. But that was years ago. Now they either just let the utensils drop to the ground or shovel food into their mouths using their hands like wild gorillas.

That's my theory at least. In the past he had gotten the real deal, even if just whatever set that was on clearance. That picture though says it was an all flea market Christmas for him. Also, bag of M&M's as a gift.
