Tubular Monkey said:Just one of those little observations - what woman poses with a cheeseburger with a bunch of ugly mouth shaped bites taken out of it? Yes, Barb, but why would you do that? Maybe it's like the famous Snorlax picture of Barb, where Chris appears to have taken it while she was unprepared and/or unconscious.
I think she went with him to the Graduation Party as a chaperone (like he was planning for on that concert date that never happened) and wasn't his actual "date". At least I hope not. Can you imagine how retarded everyone else must have thought he was for bringing his mom at 18!?Anchuent Christory said:Holdek said:The Joker said:![]()
Here is Barb at Chris's prom. She could have dressed up for the date. :?
Is that a mini Sonichu pin on the left side of her chest?! Like a customcorsage?
Good eye!![]()
It's also worth pointing out that she's rocking her own version of the creepy stare here.
I agree. It's far too casual and early in the evening to have been prom, as least as I'm familiar with. The slideshow that ended with "see you at the reunion" seems to indicate it wasn't prom. But I could be mistaken, since my school didn't hold such a dance/party (prom was the last dance of the year and was less than a month from graduation).sparklemilhouse said:I still think the "prom" was a graduation party, and someone fooled Chris into thinking it was the prom.

I hope she signed up as a school chaperone and didn't go with a ticket as his date. It's just beyond pathetic. Maybe she wouldn't let him go alone.
I really want to know what he did when it was time to danceHoldek said:LucridMockery said:I think she went with him to the Graduation Party as a chaperone (like he was planning for on that concert date that never happened) and wasn't his actual "date". Chris said that he bought two tickets to the prom "to fit in," but that he ended up taking his mom.
It could be that his school didn't have a prom, just a graduation party, if it had a very small graduating class or it was strapped for cash.
Either way, Chris thought it was a prom, bought two tickets, took his mother, and had her wear apin. Whether or not he actually considered her his "date," is something I would kind of prefer not to know the actual answer too
.

Is there any pictures of him from prom? Like was he wearing his suit with a fanny pack and medallion?

Not on the CWCki.
FWIW, looking at the photos on there, it's definitely a dance, but none of the gents are wearing tuxedos (mostly dress shirt and tie).
Chris-almighty. That is a horrendous picture.sparklemilhouse said:This pic has always (excuse me) grinded my gears:

I can't help but sympathize with the kid across the table. Bet Chris was hogging all the Legos.
MysticMisty said:Those were his own Legos. There was an event for kids to show of their Lego creations to other kids. Naturally Chris attended with his not-so-creative creations (plus a load of other junk). Surprisingly Bob and Barb actually accompanied him to Toys R Us instead of leaving him there like they normally did.
SHowing off her little baby to the other Moms. He is autistic you know!CatParty said:MysticMisty said:Those were his own Legos. Oh yeah! Barb is off to the left, with fast food once again smuggled in.
None of the other brats made an electic hedghog pokemon with over a million fans!Seahorses said:I just noticed he has a small Sonichu and Rosechu there. He must've thought he was the coolest kid.

So he probably dressed like he did in the future message.
