Really tasteful painting you have hanging up there Bob, fits in nice with all your alcohol related decor.

Parking lot family photos were really popular at the time. There were other families waiting off camera to take a picture there too.

This was the first picture of Chris I ever saw, and at the time I thought he was one of those severely retarded autistics who couldn't even talk. Honestly, with the empty stare he's pulling here, can you blame me? What in the living fuck is he looking at? Hell, I'd even say he looks dead here.

I always thought he looked a lot like Marlon Brando as Colonel Kurtz in this photo...if Colonel Kurtz had that dead fish look in his eyes.

I can't even tell what's going on with the wall behind him. Is there a stairwell back there or is that just some randomly-placed trim slapped on the wall, tilting at an angle for no discernible reason? Is part of it covered with a mirror? Why would there be a huge mirror on the wall of your living room? Who hangs decorations on a fucking mirror?

I think it's just some oddly shaped mirror. Considering that Bob put all that junk in front of it they might have just been storing it there, though I suppose it's possible it was built into the wall and he didn't like it.

The age of the alcohol related decor (most of it appears to be Schaefer, Bass and Yuengling stuff from the 50s & 60s) and seminude painting appear to indicate that 14BC was originally Bob's house before marrying , and the IBM book is from the 80s to very early 90s. This is most likely the stairwell leading to Chris' room.

Another old pic of Bob pre-hoard shows another Bass beer sign, which indicates that Bob didn't drink bawdles of Bud.

I don't think Chris can ever look NOT AWKWARD in any photo. Notice how clean his hair is? Probably because Borb washed it for him until he got old enough to fail at doing it himself.

Listening to Bob's radio thing from the '90s makes it pretty obvious he had some varied interests and was pretty deep into folk, jazz and blues music from the pro-60s. That alone puts him leagues above his family. He was a smart guy. Too bad the little head thought first with Hoardzilla.
