It happens occasionally. I have whole days with no cwcki. Just expect it to happen sometimes.
 
Never encountered this. It's also working fine for me.
How often does this happen?

That's odd considering I browse the CWCki very often and have never encountered any type of error.
 
The cwcki goes down all the time because I'm terrible at hosting it. (Well, and we've got lots of old mediawiki plugins and stuff that I'm afraid to fuck with.)

But a lot of people browse the cwcki so most people don't notice.

The most prominent error people get is when they try to edit certain pages on the cwcki. I'm gonna need to futz with our php installation to figure that one out.
 
Slightly off topic but I've been waiting weeks to say this so I must seize the moment: after having my IP banned on the CWCiki I finally understand how Chris must have felt being banned from the GamePlace :lol: :heart-empty:

Yeah, there's a spam filter due to some ween vandalism recently. PM me, I can help you look into that issue. (Not immediately, but when I get a chance.)

What could I have done to activate the automatic ban hammer upon me? Also I'm pretty sure I'm not the only false positive you've got in this and since the bans are IP based I'm sure a lot of fine folk are locked away from the wiki as of now.

Really, I've noticed a few videos have gone by without being documented in the wiki, which would be further proof of that. You're the expert here but I'd consider lifting the bans and letting people know- though I'm aware this would defeat the purpose of raising the spam system to begin with.. but it's a shame to think the weens managed to indirectly lock good people away from the wiki.
 
Sorry for the autism (and double post) but it just occurred to me that the ban could've been time-based and indeed at least the reset password feature is working again for me. I'll try to login once I get my password but it seems everything should work fine now.
