Let's pretend that Chris isn't Chris for a second. If he's drawing traditionally, with no thumbnails or rough sketches to work from, for an hour and then coloring for an half-hour, he really does have at least ~$20-$25 worth of work there.

But since it's Chris; and since the artwork, the materials, and the overall value are such low-quality, he's got maybe 5-10 dollars worth in his hand there. $15, if we're being generous.

We SHOULD buy it and then sit in silence while we shoot at it repeatedly with a Megatron pistol.

Eh, it depends on the picture. I might buy one of the more infamous pictures to send in to one of the more dedicated Christorians, but other than that I wouldn't really spend any money on it.

the novelty of it is worth no more than $20 to me

while i do like to own things that pertain to my interests even if they're useless and dumb, the drawing is so ugly that i wouldnt want to hang it up... so that pretty much means it'd sit in a drawer taking up space forever.

if he started selling prints of comic pages that is a different story because i am really into webcomics and i like to collect prints and books, and that would make a cool addition i think! but even then I dont think id want to go much higher than maybe $35 or so

I'd rather buy Sonichu fan art that Chris signed, because EVERY piece of fan art looks soooooo much better than what Chris makes. Chris' art is just too ugly for any wall I have.

If Chris would reproduce his entire Sonichu series (by hand, HAND-DRAWN FRESH ORIGINAL) or if he has managed to salvage it from the remains of the fire, I will pay over nine thousand dollars for it.

I would want a picture of Mary Lee Walsh signed by Chris and Mary Lee Walsh. "god save the dean"

But for other pictures i would pay no more than $20. Though as others have said some of his originals may be worth more. "love quest finally over etc"

The Sonichu Drawing thread is irredeemably cluttered, so I'm starting this up to see what people are actually willing to spend on his doodle.

If it's more than $150 PM me.

Please null, not another care package, it will only enable him more.

Art is really difficult to value. I would pay varying amounts for some of Chris's older work up to 500$ if I could get some of the pieces I found particularly interesting. Any more than that would have to be like an original relic or something.

If the subject matter wasn't a complete infringement on copyrighted IP of others, like this drawing in question is, I would spend up to a whole dollar or so on some of Chris' artwork.

However, since the work is just a shitty recolor of poorly rendered video game abominations created by the creativity of others and not by CWC, not a single thieving red cent will leave my pocket for it.
