Moon base. Then make sure it's bought out by the UAC.

LOL. Wasn't that a Mars base though?

EDIT: Um... sorry guys, but we can't have a moon base just yet. I looked up the requirements and we need to have a space program first, meaning moon and mars stuff is currently locked. If you like, those votes can be put toward a Space Program or you can vote for something else. REMEMBER - if the prerequisite structures aren't built first, then a given improvement or wonder is LOCKED. I should make a list of stuff that's locked and unlocked so we all know where we're up to.

EDIT2: do you like my new avatar? It's the brand new Rulecwckian flag, based on a certain real-life country.

Very appropriate colours. Surprised that there's no yellow though.

Love the avatar. RULECWC IS BEST CWC!

Aww, I was hoping for a moon base. Oh well, I guess a Central Intelligence Agency. Magi-Chan is watching you.

Fixed that for you. :P Actually, the intelligence agency could be the HQ for the Secret Hedgehog Police.

OH GOD ALAN WHY DID YOU DO THAT

Oops, sorry. Spoilered the signature and I'm going to change the temporary signature soon after a few hours.

In light of the moon base being currently out of reach i vote we build a nice HQ for the Secret Hedgehog Police also.

Well, if you're going by DOOM 3 continuity. In the classic continuity though, it was a base on Mars' moons. Now, while it may not be a base on Earth's moon, it's still a moon, so it counts.

To be honest, the DOOM 2 story in general was hard to follow. All I managed to gather was that a portal to hell had opened up on Earth and was warping reality around it and Earth's entire population was imprisoned in some sort of pocket dimension. Once you freed the people you had to go down into the bowels of hell, battling everything from demon mooks to Mecha Hitler himself. Then again, games weren't so big on telling stories back in those days. "Interactive movie"-type games are very much a recent thing.

Alan: You owe me a bottle of brain bleach, motherfucker. Hand it over or I'll start posting images from Hoof Beat (most bizarre MLP Rule 34 ever).

THE GREAT DIRECTOR'S JEWELS: RULECWC'S FINE JEWELLERY INDUSTRY TAKES OFF

REUTERS - After the state mineral resource authorities made the tough decision to close down the government-owned lead mines, the lucky discovery of new sources of precious gems saved the day for Rulecwc's economy, the supply of diamonds, rubies and emeralds - along with a steady supply of gold and silver - kickstarting a new jewellery industry in and around the nation's capital of Cwcville.
According to state media KCWC-TV, the proprietor of Amy Rose Fine Jewellers in Cwcville's Saramah district spoke excitedly about the Chandler regime's plan to allow private trade of gems and related products.
As construction of border walls around Rulecwc continues, trade and diplomacy with the outside world becomes increasingly restricted, forcing Rulecwckian citizens to rely on the country's own natural resources, which fortunately remain plentiful. International commerce is highly restricted to trusted nations with similar systems of government and all offers to join multinational alliances have been rebuffed with varying degrees of politeness.

The Pynqipai Institute of Happiness recently rated Rulecwc's overall national happiness with a mean score of 30.8, indicating that citizens of the hermit nation were "overall somewhat indifferent to the physical and social impact of their average lifestyle, environment and government". The report released by the Institute claimed that "the presence of a national separation barrier increases happiness in the minds of more isolationist and xenophobic citizens, who oddly enough are the largest component of Rulecwc's mainstream social demographic".

...are we still in My Little Pony land or whatever it was? That name for the Institute of Happiness confused me.

RULECWC INVADES

is relatively small compared to most nations of it's size. Source: Google

REUTERS - The True and Honest People's Republic of Rulecwc began a surprise invasion of the neighbouring country of Ave Dominus Nox today, the invading force estimated at 3000 or more soldiers and a single tank battalion. The THPRR's newfound aggression comes in the wake of a report by the Pynqipai Institute of Happiness, a non-profit non-government organization, which claims that despite recent accelerated economic growth, citizens of the increasingly isolationist nation are less than content with their lifestyles.

Attempts to reach Rulecwckian government officials earlier today were unsuccessful, leaving many to wonder about supreme leader Christian Chandler's motives.
