Cyber-security CISA bill get approved

It sure looks like the American government won't let anyone have privacy. After 3 attempts the CISA bill was passed in an almost empty room to a vote of 178 to 52.

This means, if it makes it pass the House, the NSA and other government bodies can ask your service provider or any online company you deal with to hand over any records they deem nessary to counter "cyber-terrorism" without any of that annoying subpoena business they're always complaining about.

Between this shit and the EU fucking over net neutrality this week the open and free expression of the Internet will be curtailed even sooner then expected.

Are there any other details about this so far? Have any major sites made notable changes in response to this?
I know Tumblr recently enacted a "no more than two asks a day" and a complete removal of a post reply system and I can't help but wonder if they're trying to preempt a full site overhaul to meet new NSA guidelines. (:_(
