It works, but it's the weakest version and still unoptimized judging from what articles I can find on the subject.

That's fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the whole game. Verify and new save does nothing. So the patch probably forgot to delete no longer necessary files. So be advised, to be safe you should delete game and reinstall if you want this patch to actually work.

Everyone seems so underwhelmed, though. Especially with the minimap.
