Get good my man. Just learn where the high level areas are. Many games that have different leveled areas (like Fallout: New Vegas), will generally drop hints that there are some areas you need to avoid on a first playthrough, by subtly encouraging you to move in certain directions. So you only end up in high level areas by going out of your way to ignore the hints the game is giving you.It's not fun being torn apart for wandering into a bad part of town.
Level scaling is just bullshit every time its implemented, because it either makes the game too easy, or it makes investing in a character useless, as you are never stronger or weaker than your opponents, since they are always perfectly scaled to you.
