I'm not sure Hot Coffee type content would be much of an issue these days. Baldur's Gate 3 has like full on porn game-esque sex scenes and I don't remember hearing about Larian having any trouble.

What's gonna release first - Yandere Sim, or Cyberpunk? My money's on the heat death of the universe.

It's already rated M, it's too late for the ESRB to do anything unless a hot coffee situation happens
im about to start putting LED strips on my own dick at this rate, honestly.
Remember to knock on wood next time, faggot:![]()
I'm thinking they're realising they'll have to scrap a lot of features that are buggy as fuck right now if they released soon. Some here have already mentioned various mechanics like wardrobes being removed, and that's only going to become exponential if there are more unnecessary but "immersive" systems that don't really work yet. What you do on your own time is your own business. But in this case, pics or it didn't happen.
In London they have a bus wrapped in that lovely sickly yellow with Fem!V on it. And in my town my local Tesco has empty PS4 boxes with no discs inside that you can take to the counter to pre-order and with "November 19, 2020" stickered as the release date. There's gonna be a lot of reverse ferreting thanks to this. I suspect there's something that's come up that needs fixed, possibly on just one of the console platforms (because they refer to the troubles of getting it over the line on 9 platforms in their statement), but they can't do it before 19 November unless the entire staff of CDPR are camped out under their desks and binged on speed for the next three weeks - and with constant rumours of crunch the management probably thought another delay was less bad optics than the aforementioned amphetamine-fuelled binge-fix. And they can't delay just that platform because of deals with distributors and suchlike.
I just feel more bad for the people working on it than for people who were going to buy it.These people shaking their fists to the sky about a video game delay.
Yeah it's a shame to I guess feel lied to and like I said get bitch slapped by the publisher, but ffs it's just a video game. A leisurely activity.
So many under the Twitter update post acting like it's this task they have to space out time for and complete, it doesn't seem like they even consider it's meant to be fun.
Get to it whenever there's some free time and have some life balance.
There is 0 way they're delaying it because of bugs, especially so suddenly, without emplyees knowing.I'm thinking they're realising they'll have to scrap a lot of features that are buggy as fuck right now if they released soon. When your life is so bleak you willingly waste PTO to sit in a dark room and play vidya. Heckin yikerinos from me y'all .Just gotta say, anyone that books time off of work to play a game is fucking retarded.
