Cyberpunk 2077 Grieving Thread

Its even stupider in this day and age to take time off for a game release since there is not guarantee that the game will even work Day 1. Between the servers getting slammed, downloading Day 1 patches, hotfix updates everybody should wait like 3 days or so before trying to play a brand new release.

So is this game going to suck or is it going to be good? What do you guys think because I'm thinking this game is going to be a 5.6 User Metacritic Score at best and at worst 3.4.

It's been 7 years of nothing but negative news after negative news. Features being cut, mechanics being cut etc etc. Anyone still hype for this game deserves to have their money stolen from them.

I expect a massive graphics downgrade in order to make it run well enough to meet the December 10th release date.

Cyberpunk delayed and I don’t know why

Keep that in mind I designed this rhyme to explain in due time

All I know

My time is a valuable thing

Been locked in this hype and if it sucks then I'll swing

Watch the countdown to the end of the year

It’ll come out a month from here

It’s so unreal

Didn’t think about it before

Maybe it’ll get a low Metacritic score

I try to hold on, but I didn’t even know

I wasted TO just to watch it go

I keep feeling hype inside and even though they lied

It’s all falling apart

What it may be will eventually be a memory of the time

When Cyberpunk sucked hard and broke my heart

But in the end, it shouldn’t even matter

I bought it all and now I fall

And now my life it doesn’t even matter

It's been so long that I kinda just don't care anymore? I think it's too much to ask of people to remain hyped for 8 years. If it's good I'll play it and have a good time, if it sucks I won't.
That's about it, and this is coming from a guy that used to be a massive CDPR fanboy.
Witcher 3 got delayed multiple times too, but even then we had 2 years between announcement and release. Shit just got ridiculous at this point, regardless of the game's quality.

I think Cyberpunk 2077 will be good and I'm looking forward to it, but I am also now resigned to this game being a buggy mess on launch. Expect technical problems out the ass until they get it fixed. Honestly though, I'm thoroughly sick of this shit and I think they should just fucking release it on November 19th like they said they would, this is one fucking delay too many in my opinion.

I'm also starting to suspect that they will delay this thing until the new consoles are out because Snoy, Microsuck and Jewgle secretly paid CDPR off for a pack-in(or whatever would count for a pack-in in the case of Google with their stadia meme machine, a preload maybe?) for their new consoles
