Is anyone else getting Xavier Renegade Angel vibes from the jerky animations and flailing limbs?

I think this would fall clearly under fair use.
It absolutely is fair use. The problem is few (if any) people have ever stood up to this nonsense and swatted a developer/publisher on the nose for it. The DMCA, dumpster fire that it is, theoretically provides for penalties for false claims. Yet I've never heard of anyone actually getting slapped with fines or other sanctions for abusing the DMCA.

That one rider took like 70+ rounds to the head and didn't go down. He was still riding around while on fire for some reason.
The first one didn't die because he was needed for that scripted crash sequence. That whole segment seems almost fully scripted without any difference by player actions.

2077 years in Windows Movie Maker, but I hope you guys are going to have a laugh.

I still like the trailer though and have a hope, that 1000 patches are going to fix this. Not paying for that until then though.

The akimbo reload animation is terrible in all the best ways possible.

it's worse than that, the fuck is he shooting with? muskets? he shoots once and then reloads, which highlights the jank animation (which I wouldn't really care for in the middle of a firefight tbh).

We'll never know for sure how much of it is just CDPR being retarded and how much of it was because of retarded employees.

well, who's the bigger retard? the woketard or the one who hires woketards?

Does he have a jetpack or ...? Genuine question.

the clip was missing audio, it makes more sense with music

There's just so many base level game design issues. If you need the biker for the scripted sequence, spawn him later instead of making that one invincible. Didn't Vice City have tire blown out animations?

Even Halo 1 had a better solution to vehicles driving off cliffs and those vehicles were janky AF.

Anyone remember the unfortunate reboot of SiN in the mid 2000s? This reminds me a lot of that.

Literally Half Life 2 from 2004, and Red Faction Guerilla from 2007 had that shit down.
The fact that Red Faction Guerilla never got a proper sequel and never saw its tech advanced further is one of the biggest crimes in gaming.

You want to prove that the games industry is a joke? Red Faction Guerilla sequel.

That's real rough, bruv.

This made me realise.

HE'S ONLY USING ONE GUN.
