That's key, I think. It's weird enough if you're choosing to be a Little and live like a child for whatever reason you need. The sexual component is where it gets disturbing and unnerving.

You know when it's said like that I wonder why the 50s housewife aesthetic isn't more appealing to these people, if they simply want to avoid responsibility and refute accusations of pedophilia.
50s housewife has no responsibilities outside the house but is still treated like a (young) adult woman, even in a patronising way.

They're not necessarily DDLG, though it is often still the result of a) an infantile woman or b) a woman who is actually a parent and is referring to them as such because that's how their child understands who they're talking about when they're toddlers. But seriously, don't call your partner "daddy" in public, it's just cringy people. Be goddamn original.

But like calling a partner "baby," it's a generic enough term of endearment that it doesn't necessarily mean anything fetish. However, I personally would not think much a person who did so. "Daddy" is so much worse than "baby" to me.

I meant specifially in the bedroom but yeah, that too.
Also Daddy was a common nickname back in the 20s through 50s for young women to call their rich older boyfriends. Though back then it had more to do with the man's age and wealth rather than actual 'predenting to be father and daughter' stuff.

Well if I had to be honest, this really sounds made-up for me. But who knows what parents did in the bedroom when they had no access to the Internet.
Also, I am not so kinda surprised that "No self harm" is a rule in those ddlg "relationships". All these girls are mentally sick and probably depressed as hell.

Anyway, here are more lovely rules:

I always wonder if they put that rule in to actually try to prevent the little from self harming (going to go ahead and say no) or to give daddy a 'reason' to punish the little when they inevitably self harm. I feel sick typing that, both from implying the manipulation and abuse in these relationships and from using daddy and little seriously. (:_(

i think its a little bit of both.... they probably don't want to get into any legal trouble or what ever, because if a girl ends up seriously hurting herself, he could be facing some weird charges if they investigate. if your sent to the hospital under the age of 18 and they suspect abuse, they wont send you home until they talk to CPS or some equivalent. im not sure if i saw it on tumblr or here, but there was a daddy who was in control of everything their little ate. like if she was still hungry and wanted more food, she had to earn it.
