The white women in this thread are arguing that Chud provoked the attack using his prior streams as evidence of probable provocation during the shooting incident. They are also arguing that being a nuisance streamer and using incendiary language, particularly the attack word known as “nigger”, makes Chud the real nigger here anyway so we should ignore the bigger issue of no impulse control violent blacks getting away with the assault and murder of Whites after using the “they called me a nigger” defense. Chud doesn’t have the right to defend himself because of the rule of FAFO and tHeMz tHaR FiGhtiN wOrDS.
In their opinion, calling someone a nigger and asking them if they’re going to chimp out is the same thing as saying, “I’m gonna kill you and then rape your wife and children.”
The men in this thread, while conceding that Chud is certainly a retard and acknowledging that his antics are ill-advised, are questioning whether saying nigger within hearing distance of blacks on live stream, most of whom just laugh and walk on by, and asking the ones who do react if they’re going to chimp out makes his right to defend himself null when an attack does occur.
Is it okay to allow blacks to attack whites because they said they heard the trigger word?
Personally, I am arguing that it is never okay to escalate from having words with someone to a physical fight under any circumstances, but if someone attacks you first, you should have the right to defend yourself by any means necessary even if you said nigger first. I just don’t want to live in a world where it is okay to assault someone because they called you a nasty name.
My biggest concern is unequal application of the law which is becoming a commonality in an increasingly corrupt legal system and I think this case is illuminating this issue which is why I’m interested in it.
