I’ll grant you he may have had an alibi for the tickets (maybe he was planning some Deus Vult themed trip to get yet more IP2 pennies). However, you cannot in fact invoke a personal castle doctrine Cartman style and just walk. There would be a criminal investigation or at minimum a wrongful death civil suit, either of which would go likely go terribly for an excon with an internet rap sheet as long as a Hitler salute. So running to the end of the earth before the coppers could ruin his glorious racial fury does make sense if he was planning to evade a civil court or appearance à la Ralph.

But unlike Ralph, he was still trying to goad someone in order to kill them and so that epic plan to sip martinis in Nicea or some shelled Syrian town went down pretty quickly

Looks like Chud was fucking lying to the cops about his "self defense" while he was trying to cover his ass on stream, who would've guessed. Days after the initial arrest, CNN received an affidavit from the cops basically saying this exact same thing, Dalton was the aggressor in the situation and the feds had video evidence to prove it.

That bulletproof vest is absolutely going to put a germ in the minds of the jury that he intended to commit some kind of mass shooting against black people, and they wouldn't have to take too many leaps to get there considering Chud's primary mode of income, his politics, and the case he's currently on trial for.

If nothing else, this shit is great evidence that he absolutely knew that his actions were intentionally inviting violence upon himself.

I hope this moron isn't offered a plea deal, but if he is, I hope his inner wigger wins just one more time so he tries to smug /pol/tard his way through the case and ends up locking himself away for the rest of his natural life. This genuinely might be one of the easiest slam dunk cases I've seen in recent history outside of the D4vd trial.

Turkey is not a shithole for people like Dalton who are desperate.
- It has far fewer black people than the US.
- It's majority Muslim and conservative, so no woke shit.
- It's fairly homogenous and people can be light-skinned and white-passing.

It's arguably better than America by almost every metric people like chud care about.

That said, I also don't think he had any elaborate plans to become an international fugitive, and likely had the tickets for more mundane reasons.

I am not ashamed to say that I cried while praying for Chud today. The news today is another bleak reminder of the world's cruelty. If it can happen to Chud, it could happen to any of us too. I tried calling the Clarksville courthouse twice after reading the latest story from the AP and was sent to voicemail both times. Has the President spoke about this yet? At this point I fear Chud's only respite can come via political intervention. I only hope tomorrow brings good news.
