Hell, why do you think the Jury was created in the first place? It was to be judged by your own peers. Intention and the type of person you are the most important things judges look at before sentencing.

The sole mitigating factor here is that he screams nigger to avenge the savage gaping he endured at the hands of a beautiful strong negress several years prior.
