I don't blame anyone for anything I got a good life I just have this crazy belief that freedom of speech exists in America because it was written into the consitution. I know you can't read it but its something we fought two wars with the British for.

You literally blamed jews and blacks on my page. Freedom of speech has never meant or allowed people to harass innocent people and the freedom of speech was for the government to not infringing on your rights. Freedom of speech doesn't mean people will have to take what you say while they are minding their own business. He wasn't practicing free speech, he admitted he wanted to kill a black person to start a race war.

Again proving you got very poor reading comprehension skills. I said its hard to achieve it but I am doing just fine for myself despite all that. He also never said he wanted to kill a black person and has shown he is not racist. He has been seen on multiple occasions being cordial and just talking to blacks and them even agreeing with Chud. The whole case reads as a self defense case where he was attacked and had the right to defend himself. It is on the record he pulled out the gun AFTER being assualted in his blind spot. The harassment angle also doesn't work here because even in the OP you see him physically walk away and the blacks following him not the other way around. Are you blind too?

Does anyone know of any lawyers (not looking at you Rekieta) with an impartial and honest breakdown of his possible case and defense? I am curious because I’m not sure if both parties are completely innocent. I don’t know how to feel about it. I feel like I should be able to call people names if I want, and defend myself when attacked with lethal force if necessary but I don’t have all the facts. And as a gun owner and freedom of speech foid I am even more interested. I haven’t had time to review the entire thread I apologize, I’ve been working non stop. Thx

Because there is not enough evidence on the shooting itself that is public, I can only have a ill informed opinion on whether it is justified or not. I'm leaning towards that the nog deserved it, niggers shouldnt be such sensitive faggots and deserve to get shot if they chimp out because a word. Like many users have posted ad nauseam in the thread, on principle this is something whites should support (if it was just words that provoked the altercation), not because they agree with it but because if you don't you are advocating for the continued senseless violence blacks commit daily with support from the State.

If everything turns out favorable in Chud's defense, as in he just said a word to the guys face and violence ensued or even if the black premeditated the assault those tweets are going to one shot a jury of boomer retards. Depressing shit, talk about a black pill.
