It's one thing if you brandish a firearm in self-defense if someone is trying to come at you with a knife or other weapon, or if you have a reasonable fear. For example, if someone were to pull a realistic enough imitation firearm on you, you may be within your rights to pull a firearm. It totally depends on the situation, and the item being brandished in defense of a second attack. Firearms are viewed as an immediate escalation to lethal force and for very good reason. If you are viewed as escalating to lethal force, you are going to have a difficult time claiming self-defense.

Under (e)(2) it is stated that if the person who provoked the other individuals use of unlawful force abandons the encounter or communicates an intent to do so, but the one "provoked" continues in using unlawful force, then the right to use force against the other is not voided by that code. I'm not very knowledgeable on legal jargon, so I'm not sure the exact definition of "provoked" being used here, but it would also be very helpful if anyone knows what it is.

I looked up the self-defense law of Tennessee, it has more or less the same conditions as non-cucked states: stand your ground, castle doctrine, no obligation to retreat, but requires an imminent threat of harm and proportionate response and that there is no justification if you provoke the other's use of unlawful force.

So yeah, he's almost certainly going to jail. The nigger committed assault, but his act of shooting him after calling him a nigger probably forfeited his right to self defense.

It's a little more racially diverse than the rest of Tennessee, but it's also younger and still solid red. It's also the South, so there's a good chance the locals have laughed at a nigger joke once in their life. To be in the jury pool there, you have to be registered to vote, not be a felon, and have an active drivers license/state ID.
