Even the leaked footage implied the same thing. Chud was getting the upperhand the whole time, after shooting the nigger, he used physical forces on the guy like a chimp until several police officers jumped in to stop it.
it's not really an equivalent case since the person shot was walking away (likely the biggest factor in the guilty verdict regardless of what the prosecutors argued in regards to whether or not saying "nigger" voids self-defense), it was more of an example of an altercation that started because someone was called a nigger who would go on and commit assault and then get shot in self-defense.
if any of this is going to be substantiated in court then Chud is going to get gaped, do they actually just have a whole bunch of surveillance videos of him or is this just someone's testimony?

By now, I would’ve expected the full exchange to be leaked. But I think we’ll get the full release when it goes to trial. Multiple accounts say he was the aggressor, and the police report supports that. He’d better hope for a hung jury, or a biased jury to save him.

That 11 second audio recording you posted from Chud made me wonder though because the audio is of the altercation and immediate aftermath. You would think that if he really wasn't actively provoking then the audio before the altercation would be all he needs to establish a justified self-defense. Why didn't he release that?

I agree on the full release at trial, if the recording prior to the incident really cleared him, he would've made a show of it. Only reason he wouldn't have to show for it is if it was incriminating. Which means its going to have to be subpoenaed from whatever platform he was using.

There was video and audio of his stream up until the point where he was punched according to people who saw it but for some reason it wasn't archived on pump.fun.

Even just a minor bit of firearm handling instruction would tune you into the realities of firearm ownership and handling. I cannot stress enough, I've never met a single firearms instructor that was a responsible owner and a quality instructor that would tell you to do what Chud did. Just a totally foolish situation.
I saw a really good video from this Cameroonian-American guy (1st Generation American born, PHD candidate) that talked at length about the how and why of the increase in terrorism in West Africa. What it really boils down to is that, despite all of the faults of colonialism and imperialism, these Western nations that did colonialism have a vested interest in keeping the people there safe. Many of these people have access to citizenship opportunities and work opportunities in Western Europe that they really aren't afforded elsewhere. Additionally, Western corporations largely own the methods of transit and wealth generation in the country. What typically happens is that, when these African nations stage a coup for say, Russia (as an example), and nationalize whatever industry they were colonized to service terrorism goes way up. The Wagner Group doesn't have to give a fuck about what's happening in the Ivory Coast or Niger, but the French government sure did and would actively fight terrorist groups to make sure the trains were running on time.
Streaming isn't a career, it's an avenue for some of the most talentless and braindead people on the planet to get fast cash and extract money out of people with actual jobs. If Chud had decided to go the long road of hard work and supporting his family, this would make him a white man and not a waste of good white skin.
No one is doing that. What I said is Chud's legal defense will be greatly hampered by deliberately placing himself in a position to have violence done upon him. On a consistent basis, solely for the purpose of being given carte blanche to shoot a black person in a legal way. I did not say that him being struck for saying nigger was a good thing, I did not say that hitting him was justified. If he'd hit Chud and walked off, that would have been wrong. The problem is that people in here are concocting exculpatory scenarios to try and defend ChudtheBuilder, and using their delusional argumentation to belittle anyone who can identify that. We can acknowledge that there is very little evidence (at this point) to suggest that Chud's version of events is true, and there's a healthy amount of eye witness testimony (and likely video evidence) to suggest that what the cops are saying is true.
Putting words in other people's mouths just makes your argument look and sound weak. You could absolutely take the neutral posture and say that we have to wait for more evidence, but you and others frequently haven't done that. You've made the estimation that Chud is innocent purely off of hearsay and testimony from Chud himself who has every reason to lie about unlawfully shooting somebody. I, a white man, like to live by the rules and exist in peace because that's what white men with jobs do.

What chud did would get him fucked in a gun friendly state. Laws vary, but there are general words of wisdom to live by. Like don't say you're going to kill niggers and then do it. Self defense is just that, defense. If you look like the hostile in front of a jury, you're fucked buddy. Even Gary Plauche, the pedophile killer, legally did get sentenced, albeit suspended, because justice demanded it so.
You just don't know anything about fighting if you've never heard of a bladed stance. Although it's more often referred to as a boxer's or fighter's stance, that would seem a bit weird to say it that way in this context since Chud is not a boxer or a fighter.
Normally when someone is facing another person and talking to them they are "squared up" with their feet even and usually pretty parallel to who they are speaking to. That's a very vulnerable position since you can be knocked over or hit to the body very easily. Putting one foot behind the other and turning the body sideways is a bladed stance and offers more protection and quicker movement against attacks.
Thanks for your clarification. I took boxing for 2 semesters in college but I am in no way any sort of expert on the subject. When the instructors told us to "square up" or to "assume position," they just said "Take your stance." This was decades ago, so that may explain my ignorance of this term.
