I can't really imagine it being a worse case of supposed "self defense" unless he had shot a old grandma or a child or something.

It was like he was concocting the most airtight prosecution against himself in order to maximize the potential for conviction and a very long prison sentence.
 
What do we think the over/under is on some fed false-flagging shit going down when he gets convicted for whatever it is he gets convicted for? I don't think it'll be attempted murder but he for sure isn't walking away from this.

the warrant is based on the surveillance video which would show this was a verbal altercation, and not necessarily be evidence (or audible enough) of exact quotes of what was being said by both parties, to suggest this means Chud didn't say anything racist because it isn't said so in the warrant is cope #1.

"During this verbal altercation, Mr. Eatherly turned his body in a bladed stance towards Mr. Fox ..."

There's nothing unlawful about taking a defensive stance when dealing with an angry antagonist.

Again, there's nothing unlawful about reaching for a firearm in one's pocket in preparation for possible necessary self-defense.

Branca is coping here and would never extend this sort of charity towards anyone whose boot he wouldn't lick, it's not that whether or not reaching for your firearm preemptively is considered unlawful: it's about voiding a self-defense claim, if you have a heated verbal exchange with someone and then go and brandish your gun you're 100% going to be found that you're the one that escalated the situation.

well yes faggot, because he walked up to Fox and then also became the one to brandish a firearm during a purely verbal dispute, Fox did not attack Chud until after Chud pulled out his blicky, if it were the other way around you'd be citing these exact faggot statutes in Chud's defense because of course he would be fearful of his life if a nigger pulled a gun on him, you wouldn't side with the nigger arming himself in preparation for a "possible necessary self-defense" if Chud had only been calling people nigger at that point.
