I read what I posted. Its literally 5 sentences. I know that if he withdraws from a conflict he started and made it clear that he didn't any trouble that he can defend himself. I'm saying:
1. I haven't see any indication that that was the case unless some video/audio has been released since I last saw this thread.
2. I don't think it would be particularly difficult convincing a jury that calling someone a nigger and asking them if they're going to chimp out counts as provocation. Chud's own social media shows that he clearly understand his actions are provocative and that he believed he would end up shooting someone because of it. If you were his attorney, how confident would you be arguing that he is not a provocateur?

I watched many clips of Chud several months ago and he seems to be very careful about not crossing into "provocation" territory, and calling someone a nigger and asking them if they're going to chimp out doesn't meet the definition of provocation. Just reverse the races, what if a black guy called Chud a cracker and asked him if he was going to crack the whip, do you think that would meet the legal standard of provocation? Do those words meet the standard of making an imminent threat? Of course not and no reasonable person could say otherwise. Which isn't to say he won't be convicted, that's another thing entirely. But based on what I know so far if the authorities are good faith actors his charges should be dropped. 2. There's "provocative" in the sense of being edgy and there's the legal meaning in a self-defense situation which is threatening imminent bodily harm. Chud demonstrating on social media he knows he's being edgy isn't the same as admitting he's making threats of imminent violence. He said he'll end up shooting someone because he knows niggers react to words they don't like with violence whether they're in the legal right to do so or not.
If I have to choose between Chud or a PTSD nigger who threatened to kill his wife and burn his house down choosing to believe Chud is a pretty easy choice. If you go by what he told the police the choice becomes even easier. He didn't sound like he was lying to me and he knows that there are sure to be cameras and eye witnesses so if he lies his story will fall apart rather quickly. Whities' hatred on niggers is sort of justified since they have more insights of what living next to black people feels like compares to outsiders.
