A post from 18 weeks ago prior has no bearing on the actual event because Fox had a hearing himself and the two meeting is coincidental. Chud pulled out his gun during the argument so he can't claim self defense. If he walks I doubt he will even go out calling people niggers again considering how buck broken he's been just hearing the bond amount. But he wants to continue, some other black guy will beat his ass. I even said if he truly acted in self defense I have no issue. He still a bitch ass nigga who can't fight without a firearm. He also posted on X that his series finale is a dead black man on the pavement.

I'm not sure why you can't comprehend that cops, testimonials of people at the event & 18 different cameras said/shown Chud approached first as the aggressor & he pulled the gun out before any physical altercation.

Even if he walks, it's not like the state will allow him to terrorize the state again. He wouldn't even have to attempt to kill a guy and they'll be quick to throw him in jail.

Felony probation would be my guess. That's probably worse than actually being in jail in Tennessee.
I had a buddy who was on some hard probation until he paid off all fines and restitution.
24/7 monitoring via ankle monitor.
House arrest.
On top of weekly scheduled probation check ins at an office he'd get random visits by his officer at home. This bitch was gung ho and would have her boyfriend banging on the door at 330am. He'd have to wake up. Answer the door and step outside so she could make visual conformation that he was there. She did this at least once a week. Minimum.
His life consisted of going to work and heading straight home. He had a 30 minute window to do so. He was alloted an extra hour once every 2 weeks to go grocery shopping.
He was also banned from drinking alcohol and had to 100% comply with any and all law enforcement directives. Search and seizure etc.
This went on for around a year and a half.

All memes aside, I can almost guarantee he’ll plea out with prison time followed by a shit load of probation.

I’m calling it he’ll likely take a deal for around two years behind bars and then many, many years of probation afterwards. His lawyer will encourage him to accept it.


For his kids’ sake, I hope he doesn’t roll the dice on a full trial he’d probably get convicted and face 10+ years.


We can all joke in here about white power, niggers, and whatever else. But Tennessee isn’t going to let this kind of courthouse violence walk.

I hope it was worth it. He got a boatload of cash nuisance streaming, a strong internet infamy he can probably grift off for years and years, and that will be the end of it.

Thousands and thousands of dollars and getting a cozy internet job rage baiting afterwards for a couple of years in the slammer with probation afterwards?
