I think it depends on how many videos are videos Chris himself made, versus just phone calls. We might need to host the phone calls elsewhere, but Chris' own videos can go back up on youtube. Maybe preemptively contact support to make sure they're on the up-and-up.
(The thinking is that they might say the phone calls are cyberbullying or some nonsense. But the stuff Chris made himself is probably OK.)
Edit: The reason I say "how many videos...", is that if most of the videos are phone calls, then it's not really worth it to split the collection across two sites. But if most of the videos are Chris' original content, then it might be useful to put those videos on youtube (and keep the phone calls elsewhere), just because youtube's widely supported.
Chris has a claim to copyright infringement on any videos he's made. Now, in the past he's attempted to redress this by making new videos with screaming threats, which ironically would then become new additions to the Library itself. But at any time a slightly smarter white knight/troll could explain to him how to actually get them taken down under that rationale.
