Just as an update, Cwc Library (aka channel 1) has already received two strikes. It was the friggin' Flipnote videos. Here are the titles of the other videos that Youtube didn't like

Christian and the Hedgehog Boys - Track 6 - Yellow is a Mellow Color

Alec calls Chris phone call 3 part 2

CWC Library (aka channel 2) so far has received no strikes yet. So, I might post the 400+ videos that haven't been flagged by Youtube from channel one into channel two.

Oh are you fucking kidding me? The flipnote videos? If you can, appeal that shit. Try to talk to a real human being, if possible.

Like, I was thinking that maybe it was the sexual content of the flipnote watery labyrinth video. (Even then, that would be ridiculous to take down. Content-wise, it was on par with a little kid smashing a naked Barbie and Ken doll together.)

But the flipnote green mile video was taken down as well, and there wasn't anything offensive about that.
 
See, if it's this easy to take down a YouTube channel, whoever did it to the original library is going to do it to the new ones, on whatever pretext they want. I don't have a lot of enthusiasm about re-adding these to the CWCki if they're just going to get shot down again in a few days.

Well my assertion is that it isn't all that easy to take down a youtube channel. Also that the takedown was illegitimate (except for perhaps a handful of videos) so in the future we should be able to appeal future issues.

Edit: Well, illegitimate in the sense that white knights reported some videos and youtube's robots took the channel down. Not saying that youtube can't take down channels.

Is it your opinion that we should start uploading stuff to the CWCki from CWC Library 2? If you give the green light I'll do it.
 
I honestly think there should be one channel that uploads all of Chris's important videos, as in the one where he talks and rants that don't include any nudity or anything in the description or title that counts as trolling. Then maybe have a separate channel that uploads all these calls and miscellaneous videos.

The Flopnotes always seem to cause problems with website admins. They're the sort of things Id have no problem with being relegated to Dailymotion and just simply linked on the Cwcki. Call me autostic for being meticulous if you like but there's certain videos that should take presedence over others.

Maybe not yet. Maybe we can wait a bit to make sure we've got a stable source.
 
I'm a bit of a freak, back in the day I downloaded everything from Chris and I have it on my harddisk. Specifically everything pre-tom girl. Same for all the audio files, mumble chats, alec calls, etc.

If you're missing specific things feel free to message me a list and I can check if I have it and throw it online for you somewhere.

torrents are always good. the cwcvillelibrary is darn important though. its a monument that MUST exist.

i'm sorry but i am NOT flexible on that.

On my old channel people would get mad at me and flag videos of my dog as promoting scams, and they were taken down.

I appealed, some of them went through, some of them didn't. YouTube generally doesn't give a fuck.

Also why are people flagging the flipnote shit when RACIST MARIO is one of the most popular videos?!

Do a master torrent of everything through the present and maybe an annual torrent from here on out.
 
I've continued to put up the new links in the CWCki. Mostly random videos here and there, but most notably I've completed the contents of the Yep, I'm on TV :) article except the third part of the Animal Crossing Wedding Anniversary. I'm using mainly @ANDTHEBEAR 's 2nd channel after the first one got taken down. Hopefully more people will start pitching in!
 
It took a long-ass time, but I cataloged all 600+ videos into one playlist. The playlist is out of order and total garbage, but I love having all of this shit on for background. Also, the channel is renamed "Da CWC Library".

Rome hasn't burned down yet!
