Can you appeal it? Also try contacting customer service. I really doubt anything more than 5% of Chris' videos are actual violations of youtube's TOS. Youtube isn't at twitter levels of asspattery. Not yet, anyway.

Agreed. I've seen people appeal bans for a lot worse and been successful for it, the Youtube bots are just seeing the video being mass reported by whatever group of weens keep reporting it and close it immediately. I take it this is the Essential Cwcville Library account?

Yeah. Like, we can use whatever works and is stable. So whoever gets an account up first who's willing to maintain it. (Or pass it on to someone else to maintain.)

As I've said previously, I'm more than willing to make and maintain a CWCVille Library Dailymotion account when I have files of all the videos, at least with a Dailymotion there will always be a categorised upload of the videos on the internet, because it seems even if Youtube are fine with something now, it means there's always a secure archive somewhere.
