Looks like yesterday was finally the final pretrial hearing. Jury trial starts on a Wednesday. Wonder if it is over by Friday. He confessed on video so many times.

There's no references to Andrew Fitzpatrick on Dan's website anymore. None of Andrew's artwork is displayed on it any longer (one of them he used as a kind of logo on his home page and stuff) and he's no longer selling shirts with Andrew's artwork on them. I'm guessing he wanted to wash his hands of him.

God I wish Dan was still vlogging when the fallout happened. He may have put out a nice angry four hour rant about it.
 
Andrew, where do you get off being the one that decides such things for someone else? Maybe get a handle on your own life first and foremost?
And you've been tracking Dan and his activity for awhile now, so I doubt you actually made arrangements for him to pay you royalties when you damn well know he can't even muster up the ability to go ask for work.
You just sound like you're backpedaling.

What 'rope' is Andrew talking about?

Also, what amount of royalties would Dan be owing Andrew? 2 cents? I don't think his videos were popular enough to make any sort of money out of. :P

He's just fucking with Dan because he can, since Dan pretty much gave him the ability to take over his Facebook and YouTube. Andrew played it well, got to give him that.

As viewers though, since we don't actually get to see Dan ranting and raving about "haters" like Andrew, much less his trial, not much fun in it for us.

As far as Dan's trial, being a martyr and going to jail instead of plea bargaining like a normal person definitely fits Dan's persona. He better hope it's a minimum security, county jail type setting because Dan will have a very rough time in the Los Angeles prison population.

The bird necklace is gone too, so it appears Dan finally "got it", or someone explained it to him (ie Kim's dying pigeons).

Dan was on facebook yesterday. Said that it was starting today. Incriminated himself numerous times as usual. Says he's going to tell the jury it is natural for a man to be attracted to 15 year olds if they have eaten a lot of protein and are more developed.
 
Thanks for the Facebook information. I didn't know Dan had control of his account again. Here is some of Dan's wit and wisdom from that Facebook thread (edited for clarity):

Dan Cilley Do not be afraid to approach underage girls. It's not illegal to approach underage girls. Just don't do or say anything that would irritate or annoy "the average person." You have to be careful when approaching underage girls. The main thing that I want to do by doing this trial, is to help men pursue underage girls. Hi, lurker here. I actually called Dan Cilley's number that is listed as the owner on DanCilley.com, and the person that answered said that he was not Dan, but that he was getting a lot of calls for Dan.

I also have been checking the court site to see if his trial is continued on Monday, but I can't find any information. He did do two posts on DanCilley.com on the 19th and the 20th, but they were just copy-pastes from books and other sources. so someone else could be posting for him. His FB account hasn't been updated since Thursday.

It's sad that all of his old videos are gone, I feel like I'm missing some integral part of the story with so many dead links on the posts. I've read up from Jan 1 2017 to this post, so I'm relatively caught up on the story unless someone knows something I'm missing.

I don't think there's anything you're missing. Seems like he's just gone off the grid. No skin off my nose. Although he's an interesting character, I'm pretty bored with him recently, ever since Andrew let the shit hit the fan. I'm not even checking his FB account or looking at YouTube anymore. Eh, need a new cow. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!

Right now he's a little busy with his criminal trial. It started last week and according to LA court system website it continues today.
