It's hard to pinpoint exactly what drives this mindset, but my personal theory is that they can't stand seeing these shitposters having fun and living what they see as happy, fulfilling, successful lives, and want to put an end to this in order to drag people down to their miserable level. So they use loaded language to poison the well and shame their opponents into giving up their blissful behavior so they'll feel better that everyone else is as miserable as they are.

Here, you see two completely different mindsets regarding the increasing and absolutely psychotic divisions going on in comics right now.

On one side, you will find rational, not-insane-identity-politicians side, who have pointed out for years that the Social Justice infestation in comics is a cancer killing it, to the point where my mirror of Brianna Wu's first political ad has more views than some of Marvel's titles have sold copies. They can look around and see cases of Marvel staff going to ludicrous degrees to shut down their critics, to the point where they have doxed and threatened any comics professional that followed Diversity and Comics, one of their critics, on Twitter, as well as go after his Patreon and Youtube accounts banned solely because he had the balls to point out that their work was badly-written identity politics-ridden shit. This side can look, and in real time, see clear and present examples of not just political cronyism and a company which seems outright devoted to pissing off and driving away its customers solely due to nutbars being at the helm, but of groups so shameless about this that evidence of their fuck-ups isn't terribly hard to find.

On the other side, you have people who view the Comic fans - the fuck-mothering customers - as the problem, and bemoan that if it wasn't for these racist, homophoic, transphobic fuckers who actually purchase products hating what these people are selling, everything would be golden, and holy shit this sounds familiar. Only it's arguably worse this time because not only is their no business justification for keeping these milky lickers employed when their work sells like 14-karat shit (and that's when they aren't employing artists who put anti-semetic references to the Koran into their comics), but because they're fucking with, arguably, one of the only demographics more prone to drowning their opposition in Autism than gamers and animoo fans: Comics nerds.

And then, to prove that fucking absolutely nothing was learned the last time this ideology of morons went down this road and got butt-fucked, the exact same cabal of retards poke their head above water in desperate hope of trying to milk this for relevance. Thankfully, this isn't going to go full GG; the opposition is going to lose by default because economically, they've already shit the bed so hard it broke the floorboards.

With video games, AAA titles makes MILLIONs and even some indie titles (like Axiom Verge, Undertale, Stardew Valley, and Cuphead) can make millions as well. With comics, even the best selling titles strain to sell 300,000 copies, with the average book only selling about 100,000 copies a month. The comics industry is very weak right now - probably the weakest since the mid 90s when people got tired of countless #1s, gimmick covers, excessive crossovers, and overhyped events that didn't deserve all the hoopla. The only difference is that Marvel is fucking itself in the ass by pandering to the SJW crowd, who don't actually buy comics, but want to make it a staging ground like they tried (and failed) with video games and metal music. The only difference between the flood of terrible new characters then (looking at you, DC's Bloodlines and Marvel's Ultraverse) and now is that today's characters adhere to a diversity checklist. A shitty character is a shitty character, even if they're a black, trans, lesbian, handicapped, Muslim woman.

The reason that they constantly pretend they "won" GG (despite the fact that GG's spergs unquestionably were the ones who won it, having started at zero and actually having accomplished tangible shit) is because their ideology will not allow them to recognize that GG had any merits whatsoever. To hear them tell it, GG was always about harassment and nothing but (while ignoring the fucking mountains of harassment their own side openly engaged in, of course).

It's been three fucking years since GG, and they are still pushing the same widely-disproven narrative bullshit even when doing so has zero credibility. The comic book stores are getting pissed too because no one is buying marvel comics now and it’s hurting their stores.

This is also being pushed in other genres such as young adult novels. There’s a big diversity push for black and queer authors who get diversity wins at awards ceremonies for mediocre books. Then their books get amplified on twitter by the black and tranny crowd.

Olsen looks like those guys that you see hanging around bases for geeks, like Gamestop and comic stores, blabbing about nerdy stuff to complete strangers. They'll give very clear signals that they have zero interest in listening to him sperg about Suicide Squad's editing, yet he'll ignore these signs and keep on sperging. I've seen many a guy that like that, and either they resemble Comic Book Guy from the Simpsons, or like Danny Boy. They also tend to hover around any attractive women and creep them out with their leering and heavy breathing.
