I know the Farms are a bit less progressive than most places, but I can't say I'm shocked that Dan has no problem misgendering Mombot when she calls him out. All we need now is for him to be accused of sexual assault and he'll have the Typical Male Feminist trifecta cap.
 
So Dan sort-of admits that he knew what happened, but stayed mum about it anyway because 'the victims didn't want a fuss'. Aren't these the same people who place great value on calling out problematic behaviour, regardless of what the affected party thinks of it?

I wanna point out that without any knowledge of Channel Awesome or even the insight of goodly @LordKaT, I knew that Chez Apocalypse was the source of the Anti-GG sperging on the site. I called that shit back in 2015, and it wasn't any special Autism sense - it was the fact that Olson and company were fucking white-knighting CON and acting as their personal attack dogs since day zero of GG.

It's not quantum physics, it's the fact that these people have an ideology to push and will happily cross their own wires to push it, 100% of the time.

I don't think that this was ever a secret. Lindsay and friends were wading heavily into that whereas most of the other people on the site (I wasn't really watching anymore around the time GG happened, but I was still following several producers on Twitter) were much more cautious about crossing that line. I remember Todd being most active about it, I don't remember who else I was following but it seemed they were the patient zero for Anti-GG on CA.

Except Olson's plan in GG backfired so hard that he lost his goddamn job. Still baffled on why Kiddie Diddler Dan is still not in jail.
