To be quite honest, I have yet to see this guy have a thread.
Not sure if others know who this guy is so I'm going to tell you who Dan Sandler is.

He is quite an exceptional individual and very very VERY racist. He's been known to rant in various areas of New York City and San Francisco ranting anti-Semitic, anti-Hindu, and anti-Viacom bullshit- all while wearing an Elmo Costume.

If it was just the anti-semitic rants while wearing an Elmo costume, he would have just been a lolcow. However, there are some "extra" things that make him a flat-out horrorcow.

The thing that makes him a horrorcow is that he has a history of crime, in which his history is pretty fucking disturbing.
In 1999, he was arrested for running a website called "Welcome to Rape Camp", which was trafficking Asian sex slaves in Cambodia.
In 2013, he was in jail for a year for trying to extort $2,000,000 from the Girl Scouts of America.
