so i learned today that my fucking art teacher is all buddie-buddie with dan "the man with the van" schneider. i tried to tell him about how dan is a disgusting human being today but he kept calling it BS, and saying that i had no proof for anything. then when i showed him some of the tweets on the show twitters hes posted, he EMAILED dan asking about it, and dan OF COURSE said that they were owned by his marketing group. i'm really suspicious of all this, to be fucking honest lmao. (my teacher has all these connections due to working big time in the industry, so yeah. he also worked with/knew john lasseder. lmao

Sorry for bumping this thread but the revelations about Dan 'if they're old enough to read, they're old enough to bleed' Schneider have absolutely sickened me. I wasn't a big fan of the guy or anything but Better Off Dead has always been one of my favourite films, and now I'm not entirely sure I'm going to be able to watch it again. Behind the scenes, he was probably hitting on Diane Franklin and bugging her to let him give her a foot rub or something equally pervy.

The only shows of his I remember kids talking about were Kennan and Kel, Drake and Josh and Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide and even then the only show of his that's stood the test of time is Drake and Josh.

I watched a lot of his shows growing up, especially Drake and Josh. His shows were pretty popular among people in my age group, but no one I know really talks about them any more, outside of the occasional Drake and Josh reference.
