The Fandom Initiative is a group of content creators on YouTube and Twitter (now known as X) that made it their "mission" to fend off the oh-so-awful bigotry on the platform from those EVIL anti-fans by calling them the same old labels of Alt-Right, conservative, grifters, racists and what have you and sticking it to the Anti wokies by going back to debunked talking points from five years ago, Guilt by Association, and overall any kind of bad faith tactics idealogues, socialists, and leftists have been doing for the past decade.

This was made possible through Dane, formerly known as Forced Adversity, he seeks to create a cult following through the title of Actual Fandom as he supposedly promotes, directly quoting him; "Mindfulness + Humanism instead of mindless consumerism. We can enjoy & be critical of media without being loyal to corporations. I debunk & defend against scammers & propagandists p*ssing in the pool of fandom." However, that is all a bunch of honey and lies, Dane wants to constantly live in a perpetual consumerist echo chamber of envy and hatred for those he opposes politically, he would go to great lengths to stay in the relevant and god-complex game by citing Prostasia, claiming Jemrey from Geeks and Gamers is a "pedo protector" for a subreddit he's hardly involved in, bringing up Gary’s former drug addict and shame him with it despite Dane’s care/harm mentality would go against it when he’s a advocate for dealing with addiction, and finally what he's most infamous for, going against the Comicsgate crowd and Eric July who Dane called a "Chunky Monkey" that got him in trouble, we besides plagiarizing Eric July's logo "for canon sakes" by plastering his face...

All of this in mind makes Dane out as an obsessive narcissist, but unfortunately, he isn't the only one who shares his views. Dane gained a following, though relatively small, presents a lot of lolcow material to uncover. These members include the following:
  • Dane, Actual Fandom, Formley Forced Adversity
  • Bob or Robert, Organized Chaos
  • Airrick Debunks, DJAirrick, Airrickreloaded
  • Pillar of Garbage
  • Turfnation
  • Nothing But Media
  • Blurryfilms
  • Pop Counter Culture
Now for the others, Dane listed as his "favorites:"
  • Westside Tyler
  • Edgier Than Thou
  • Mr TARDIS
  • Dead Domain
  • Blerd Without Fear!
  • Ch4R10T (who has appeared on stream with Dane)
  • MoviesWithMark
  • Crazy Stupid Podcast
  • Adam Myers [AdamSplittersEntertainment]
I understand the people the Fandom Initiative covers such as Critical Drinker, EFAP, and Comicsgate have their lolcow threads. However, why not for the obsessive likes of Dane and his Initiative? I hope for this new thread to engage people in whatever nonsense and nuances that can be discussed as we make fun of ideologically driven pansies that can have the brain of a goldfish like Bob over there.

Dane and his cronies at FI are just shifty clout-chasers by the end of the day. If Dane could just drop the pretense that he's pushing some Marxist agenda all the time, he might actually have gained some traction since he makes great observations about the ongoing grift. But nearly all of Fandom Initiative's interactions with their opposition are done in egregious bad faith and character assassination--particularly ones where they're talking with Eric July.

Might be worthwhile to clip some of those interactions.

It’s nice to know they’re fine with bringing up Gary’s record of being a former drug addict. However, if Dane were principled he would take a big issue with this cause his whole care/harm mentality that he’s gone on about is being a advocate of getting help for addiction, but since this is Gary he’s totally fine with mocking his crack addiction…

Try not to double post. If you want to add to the OP, do that instead. You should be able to edit it and add this part to it. Just keep building it. Maybe it'll be worth submitting to Proving Grounds.
