What music makes you want to jam the accelerator when you're driving? What makes you really want to see if a Geo Metro can do 150mph? What makes you feel alive again and forget that this isn't Grand Theft Auto?

Give me your most high octane catchy racing music!

Some examples from vidya:

And finally...

Back when I commuted to work on a lonely gravel backroad playing rally-driver/moonshiner was a daily event. This was a regular of mine.
Come off the asphalt at city limits and floor it. Into the first turn I'd shake it down into third. Keep those 7.3 liters of straight-piped diesel engine screaming against the governor all the way around. Hit the straightaway shooting 20-foot roostertails off the mud-terrain radials. If I hit the old bridge over the creek at 70+ I lifted all four tires off the ground.

Good times, man. Good fucking times.

I love slamming on the gas to this song feeling like a total badass as I keep my eye peeled for speed traps.

How about some trucker songs! Old school gear jammin' fresh off the AM radio.

"Long strips of rubber that you see were burned off this rig by the likes of me..."
"Well I got hung over, left Chicago late. And the big boss man he don't like to wait. Memphis in the mornin', gotta burn the wind. I ain't gonna make it in the shape I'm in..."
"My rig's a little old but that don't mean she's slow. I got a flame from her stack and the smoke's blowin' black as coal..."

And a bit newer one
"Hey pretty baby don't you know it ain't my fault, love to hear the steel belts humming on the asphalt..."

Now, I know they probably don't sound like much out of computer speakers, but I can guarantee you they sound like pure awesome blasting out of the sound system of an old Freightliner FLD120 dragging 80,000 lbs down the interstate.
