Inactive Daniel Larson / daniellarsoncashapp / helpdaniellarson - A mentally ill pedophile obsessed with becoming a celebrity and his retarded hatedom

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Larson is just a babbling lunatic, he was never going to do anything.
But he does have a history of violently happening to random people and businesses. And any Fed that looks at his insane Grace Vanderwaal obsession is going to be thinking "Notice me Jodie Foster" on at least some level.

While they may realize Danny Boy is just a retard being fucked with by the internet. Nobody is going to want to be the one that "failed to act on this ticking time bomb" nutcase, when he finally does do something horrible.

Larson is in a bad place. He dialed 911 to phone in his threats to bomb the White House. On the list of self destructive stupid acts this one is up there with showering with your toaster.

Has anyone ever gotten a concrete answer on what mental illnesses Daniel has? I've always been deeply curious about this, but besides his autism and his diagnosis of "delusional ideas" by a Colorado emergency department, I've never been the wiser.

I assume there are quite a few co-morbid pathologies going on in the small space that passes for Daniel's Brain. He's what we used to refer to as a Class A Street Screamer.

We used to have a mental health system, but now, dudes like Larson just fall through the cracks until they have to be analyzed. Unless he had caring parents or literally anyone who cared enough about him, it's entirely possible he's never had any real treatment, and he's really looking like he's past any point where it could even help. Maybe they can dope him into a zombie too stupefied to do anything, but that's really what he's looking at.

Also if he was claiming to be persecuted by hordes of crazy people from the Internet, that would probably be a case where those weren't delusional ideas at all, but shit that was actually happening.

If you want to look at potential sentence for each count, he sits at a score off about 20 to 26 on the offender score in the US federal sentencing guidelines.

Note, this calculation lacks any criminal history score so I'll speculate it's a 0-1 range but could potentially be 1-3 depending on his prior rap sheet. Felonies ramp this score up the most.

Note, there are no mandatory minimums for these counts, so a judge has sway in their own judgement in sentencing below the guidelines score.

Just taking one count involving the threat on the college because it has the least chances to cop any enhancements;

18 us 844(e)

2.A.6 Base offender level is 12

2332a enhancement applies section 2.M.6.1

The offence involved threats involving a wmd but no means of pulling it off so applies section 2 M6.1, A, section 4, B.

Base offender score plus 8

Count 1: 18 U.S.C. § 2332a
2A6.1(a)(1)Base Offense Level12
§ 2M6.1(a)(4)(B)Base Offense Level+8
§ 2M6.1Higher offense level
Total offense level for this count: 20

This offence level is inside zone D on the guidelines table. He would be unable for placement in halfway home or other suspended release.

Pleading guilty and accepting the crime will drop your score 2 points and if the FBI says you helped and co operative that can sway them to ask for a motion to drop one point.

So maybe 2 points off, 3 if he's lucky.

With admitting guilt he gets a 18 offender score totalling up to guideline sentence range of 27-33 months and a fine.

I am personally interested in the threat against the special agent charge 875(c), he might cop that one and one other count if they press it or indeed press all counts.

This is the pretrial stage, if he can arrange an agreement with a lawyer and the feds and bring forward a plea agreement, his counts may be less or they choose to pick the least problematic one that skates you out from a felony to maybe a misdemeanor.

So proud of our boy. He’s finally made it.

Everybody saying stuff like "Daniel Larson is going to spend the rest of his life in jail!" or "He'll get at least 10 years for this!" should look up similar cases. These for example. In fact these could be argued as more credible:

Michigan man returns to prison for, yet again, threatening to kill U.S. President from jail

Georgia man sentenced to prison for threatening to kill Biden, 'blow up' White House

Kansas man who threatened to 'blow up' White House sentenced

And, yes, I know he has multiple charges of making threats to multiple people and places, but for the FBI and judges it's plain to see he's just autistically ranting on video, not specifically contacting and threatening people and places like the above examples.
Finally some fucking sense. The Georgia man only got 33 months and he wrote direct letters to his targets. Everyone in this thread is speculating hard. Thanks for some precedence.
