Daniel has apparently been released from custody? Anyone with a bit more knowledge on what this could mean able to chime in?
I’m guessing that this is them moving him to another place.View attachment 5977369
his lawyer claimed that his detention is unlawful, and filed for daniels immediate release. (ps; if anyone could archive these files it would be great, since im not on pc right now)

He spelled "Larson" as "Larsen". If the little turd gets released, he really does have plot armor.

Reagan seems to always get the brunt of the blame for deinstitutionalization but it had been going on since the mid 1950s 25 years before he was even elected president. Introduction of antipsychotics, skyrocketing cost of care, books like one flew over the cuckoo's nest and exposé's on the horrible conditions within asylums all contributed. In 2024 it costs about 130,000 dollars annually to keep a severely mentally ill person institutionalized. This is why we no longer have room for people like Daniel.

I just gotta say, as someone who is on antipsychotics, it's crazy how much they make you just behave like a normal person lol. They really do work wonders. I think half of Daniel's problems could be solved by just making sure he took his bloody meds

I'm guessing he'll sit in jail for quite some time just like Chris did, get out, have more tard wrangling in place with the threat of being thrown in prison if he steps out of line. With any luck the weens pants have been collectively shitted from glowies showing up at their mom's house but God doesn't give with two hands.

Books like Cold Storage by Acel Moore
and
The Shoe Leather Treatment

Both about the old Farview Hospital for the Criminally Insane in Waymart, Pennsylvania.

Place is now currently CDI/Waymart and holds sex offenders. Part of the old Farview was demolished.

Although, to be fair, Danderson could use a heavy dosage of Shoe Leather Treatment and Thorazine.

People have said his early streams Daniel looked like he was spaced out and happier then in his later streams, so is that a sign he was medicated but stopped taking them? Jail/Prison doesn't offer the best medical care but if he starts hitting himself until he bleeds and bruises they will zonk his ass out. There's a few different classifications and most people can refuse meds but if you can get forced to take them if they decide your a danger to yourself or others. Or at least that's what I've been told by people who always complained about their meds when I asked why don't you just refuse them then

Larson's insane, degenerate weens getting v& is the best thing that has happened in a cow thread in recent memory.

TRD.

Kill redditors. Behead redditors. Roundhouse kick a redditor into the concrete. Slam dunk a redditor baby into the trashcan. Crucify filthy redditors. Defecate in a redditor's food. Launch redditors into the sun. Stir fry redditors in a wok. Toss redditors into active volcanoes. Urinate into a redditor's gas tank. Judo throw redditors into a wood chipper. Twist redditors' heads off. Report redditors to the IRS. Karate chop redditors in half. Curb stomp pregnant black redditors. Trap redditors in quicksand. Crush redditors in the trash compactor. Liquefy redditors in a vat of acid. Eat redditors. Dissect redditors. Exterminate redditors in the gas chamber. Stomp redditor skulls with steel toed boots. Cremate redditors in the oven. Lobotomize redditors. Mandatory abortions for redditors. Grind redditor fetuses in the garbage disposal. Drown redditors in fried chicken grease. Vaporize redditors with a ray gun. Kick old redditors down the stairs. Feed redditors to alligators. Slice redditors with a katana.
"THE REDDITOR, THE REDDITOR THREATENED TO KILL ME!"

When he got released from a mental evaluation hold in Las Vegas, he was still on Latuda, and was acting very soberly. He quit it immediately and it spiraled into the red jacket arc. He probably doesn't want to face the awful truths that Latuda illuminates.

This is the difficult part with these meds but tbh I don't know if Danderson has a high enough IQ for any serious introspection.
I've always thought he doesn't really believe some of his delusions, he just knows he gets treated special if he spews them out. For instance, he talks about "security" all the time but when weens show up, act the part and say they are security, Daniel becomes immediately suspicious. Deep down, I think he knows most of the shit he says isn't real

They are really night and day for schizophrenics, to the point where 99% of the time, you can't see why they're in this group therapy. Then when that 1% bad moment shows out of nowhere, it's jarring and heartbreaking.

I had a friend who was later diagnosed schizophrenic and saw him sometimes but it was heartbreaking to watch his downfall. Which ended in suicide.

There’s no way he’s unlawfully detained currently.

he called his terroristic threats into 911. It's not random sperg onthe internet. Granted its Colorado where detaining criminals is apparently problematic. But the Feds have not descended to that level of hell yet.

I'm impressed that his PD is making an attempt. And you never know. Federal Judges can be bizarely random. So someone might cut Dannyboy loose. But I remain doubtful because of the threats to Federal employees and facilities. Nobody wants to be the one that failed to act when they had the chance, when the clearly unhinged psychotic finally happens to people. The MSM won't care when you hold the derranged violent homeless sperg without bail for a hearing or two. You letting him out and having him set the Federal Courthouse or a Panera Bread on fire they will notice.

I think the lines are blurred for him. With people co-signing on his fucked up behavior, him knowing that some of his behavior gains him favor, coupled with his initial inability to decipher between things in life (i.e. Grace Vanderthal), it’s kind of a roll of the dice.

I think it’s such a large combination of things it would be hard to pin any one thing down, but I don’t think he has high enough of an IQ to be intentionally duplicitousness.

Him threatening aurora mall is what I think put him on the map. You CANT do that at that mall. They have real cops at that mall because of the violence around it. (Legit multiple shootings in that area, plus the mass shooting at the theatre, they do NOT PLAY)

I’m a big softy and feel for the workers dealing with him. And I’m always overly optimistic, I hope he does at LEAST what Chris did as far as time away. Letting him out is a terrible idea.

ETA: he also threatened the hospital nearby

Latest two docs.

The first is the one already being discussed.

The second is some fairly routine procedural stuff.

Docket text for this, and the minute entry NOT releasing him.
For the reasons stated on the record, Defendant ordered detained.

Defendant advised. Plea of NOT GUILTY entered by defendant. Discovery memorandum executed. Advisement pursuant to Brady v. Maryland. Government requests detention and Defendant contests detention. Court hears argument on the issue of detention. For the reasons stated on the record, Defendant ordered detained. Counsel is directed to chambers. (Total time: 37 minutes, Hearing time: 10:48 - 11:25)APPEARANCES: Alison Connaughty on behalf of the Government, Jared Westbroek on behalf of the defendant, Colin Linde on behalf of pretrial. FTR: Courtroom A401. Text Only Entry. (rvill, ) (Entered: 05/10/2024)

Discovery Conference Memorandum and ORDER: Estimated Trial Time - 5 days or less as to Daniel Larson by Magistrate Judge N. Reid Neureiter on May 10, 2024. (rvill, ) (Entered: 05/10/2024)
Also it's a good sign for the final outcome for Larson IF he is released, unless he fucks up before then or fails to show up.

It looks like both the DoJ fucked up and Larson's PD did a good and rather quick job. I don't know exactly what arguments the government made at the hearing, all we have is this text:

May 1, 2024
MINUTE ENTRY for Initial Appearance as to Daniel Larson held on 5/1/2024 before Magistrate Judge Kathryn A. Starnella. Defendant present in custody. Defendant waives advisement of rights, charges, and possible penalties. Court appoints counsel. Advisement pursuant to Brady v. Maryland. Government requests detention. Discussion regarding eligibility for Detention Hearing at this proceeding as opposed to the Government's request for a three-day continuance. Court makes findings on the record and determines the Government has satisfied the requirements for a three-day continuance. Arraignment, Discovery, and Detention Hearings set for 5/6/2024 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom A 401 before Magistrate Judge N. Reid Neureiter. Defendant remanded. Hearing concluded. FTR: C204. (Total time: 25 minutes, Hearing time: 2:03 p.m. - 2:28 p.m.) Text Only Entry. APPEARANCES: Melissa Hindman on behalf of the Government, Kelly Christl on behalf of the defendant, Colin Linde on behalf of pretrial.(lgale, ) (Entered: 05/01/2024)
But if the motion is granted, apparently the government failed to make an argument that Larson is a "serious risk of flight," and simply not appearing isn't "flight" as such, although it would make him a "fugitive" at that point. A "serious risk" of flight is not the "ordinary risk" of flight that exists in any criminal case.

My guess is the government just went through the motions and just parroted the "serious risk of flight" language without actually backing it up, even though I think there were good factual arguments for it if they chose to make them.
this makes me happy
This is the best part of this case so far. TRD and TMD.

ETA: corrections. He's still currently detained.

I made a song for Daniel. It's a parody of Wonderwall called VanderWaal. I made it with A.I. so the tune doesn't sound exactly like Wonderwall since it won't make cover versions of existing tunes. (Unless they're in the public domain apparently.) So I had to tell it to make a tune similar to Wonderwall and this is the best I could manage after many attempts.

Here are the lyrics:

Today is gonna be the day that they're gonna throw the cuffs on you
And by now you should've somehow realized what they gonna do
I can't believe the FBI cares the way they do about a lolcow

And backbeat, the word is on the street that you're never ever getting out
I'm sure you've heard it all before and you're going to press X to doubt
I can't believe that anybody cares the way they do about a lolcow

And all the trolls who fucked with you are hiding
And all the kiwis on the farm are chiding
There are many things that Clark would like to say to you, but he can't talk now

Because maybe
You're gonna be the one with Gracie
And after all
You love VanderWaal

Today was gonna be the day but now they're gonna release you
And by now they should've somehow realized what they cannot do
I can't believe the FBI cares the way they do about a lolcow

And all the trolls who fucked with you are hiding
And all the kiwis on the farm are chiding
There are many things that Clark would like to say to you, but he can't talk now

I said maybe
You're gonna be the one with Gracie
And after all
You love VanderWaal

I said maybe (I said maybe)
You're gonna be the one with Gracie
And after all
You love VanderWaaal

I said maybe (I said maybe)
You're gonna be the one with Gracie (with Gracie)
You're gonna be the one with Gracie (with Gracie)
You're gonna be the one with Gracie (with Gracie)
