⛓️ Incarcerated Daniel Larson / daniellarsoncashapp / helpdaniellarson - A mentally ill pedophile obsessed with becoming a celebrity and his retarded hatedom

I am fully convinced Daniel being arrested saved his life. When he was living on the street he had very low blood pressure, was severely dehydrated and had regular foot infections. Because he was unmedicated and psychotic he rarely sought treatment for any of this. I think another year on the streets of Colorado would have killed him. Would have gone to sleep on the side of the road during winter and just not woken up. It's ironic that what he probably sees as the worst thing that ever happened to him most likely saved his life.

As I said earlier in this thread, he has no self control and cellphones are so cheap and can be bought with cash from dollar stores now, so unless he is locked up somewhere he will be buying a new cellphone and posting on TikTok the first day he gets out.

Remember he was once told he had to save money for an apartment to avoid going to jail and he still spent every sent Bob gave him on headphones and expensive hotel rooms. if he didn't obey that court order I don't see why he would obey this one.

Fuck that condition of his probation. They needed to let him sleep in the elevator with the junkies. Or they needed to make sure he had somewhere like the Hype House or the homeless shelter to freeload in. I don’t know where the fuck they expected him to get money for rent.

In that way, he has the mind of a little kid. As soon as he gets some birthday money, he's running to the candy store to spend it all.

The question will be: Will the court take his previous behavior into account on sentencing? It would be foolish to treat him like an adult by giving him all sorts of conditions that he has to maintain, and if his attorney truly had Daniel's best interests in mind, he shouldn't argue in favor of such an arrangement.

Yeah, mark my words if someone else isn't running his life he will end up dead at some point, Bob will not always be there to give him money and even if Bob leaves Daniel all his money when he dies Daniel will spend it in less than a year and then he will have no one to fall back on.

Anyone who cares what happens to Daniel and doesn't want to see businesses terrorized should want to see Daniel placed somewhere that he will have his life run by real adults. Sadly I am sure Daniel's lawyer is arguing for him to just be let out with time served and the judge will just want to be done with the case so will just order that and Daniel will be back out doing what he did before only it will be worse now because we have AI that can be used to fool him into thinking he is talking to Grace. The idea that some troll could use a Grace AI to trick him into doing something horrible is my biggest fear at the moment.

He was getting close to $2000 a month from Bob plus pay outs from TikTok at that time, he just kept spending the money the instant he got it. He would spend $600 to get a hotel room for the weekend instead of using it to pay 30 days rent on a cheap apartment and then blamed Bob for not getting him an apartment when Bob was giving him money for one. Daniel can't run his own life.

Larsen was never going to get an apartment as he even admits that no place would give him one without paying a security deposit/first-last month deposit PLUS having Bob co-sign since Daniel is clearly retarded and since he's unemployed, needed Bob to basically be on the hook since everyone took one look and Larsen and knew he'd never be able to keep the apartment and probably trash it so badly that you couldn't rent it out again.

Bob gave him money for hotels but he expected Daniel to get a cheap one to stretch the money or get a residential hotel room (where it's $200 for two weeks or $600 for a month). But Daniel kept checking into expensive hotels instead.

The real issue is why Bob didn't just have Daniel live with him and try and control his ass.

Daniel had a history of threatening and attacking Bob, so them living together wasn't the best idea.

I agree, and I'll add the scary thought that Daniel isn't unique in that he is unable to run his life independently. Earlier in this thread, Daniel's IQ of 72 was revealed, which is roughly the bottom 3rd percentile. Let's be generous and say that it's not just his low IQ but also his unique combination of mental illnesses that are working against him, so let's assume that only 1% of Americans are in a similar mental situation. That's still nearly 3.5M people. And let's assume that 98% of those people have family, friends, or other loved ones with the time, resources, and wherewithal to care for them. That still leaves enough helpless people unable to function as adults that if they were all wrangled together, they would fill an American football stadium.

The scope of the problem is SCARY, and what's even scarier is the response -- just letting them loose in the wild and expecting them to do what we know they're incapable of doing.

The fact that Daniel only got arrested by making threats to the government despite numerous public nuisance, destruction, and thefts shows what US law enforcement only cares about protecting.

That is indeed what federal law is concerned with, and they are the ones who are prosecuting Daniel here.
Theft and public nuisance are municipal level crimes, something the Denver Boulder governments are very relaxed on, in part because of the large homeless populations there and going after each small criminal offense (90% of which would be drugs) would clog up the system. You can see that this strategy of handling that can lead to many repeat offenders of low level crime, and those offenders not getting actual help and rehabilitation, such as Daniel. Still there is a policing shortage throughout the USA and pretty much every major city has chosen this as their solution

Sorry if this has been asked before, but what the hell is wrong with him physically? His eyes are practically bugging out of his skull with a disproportionately long nose. He looks like the love child a product of rape between Gollum and a minecraft villager. Does he have some sort of endocrine issue that has his eyes all fucked up looking?

All I can think is Bob was afraid Daniel was gonna go into psychosis and kill him. Fuckass Bob hit me with his car style.

Also residential hotels are just as expensive as apartments now thanks to Bidenflation. It’s a huge reason for the worsening homeless crisis in general. It used to cost $500 a month. Now it’s $500 a week. It can be literally more than a shitty apartment. All they’re paying for is the lack of a lease.

If it was 2009 Daniel would’ve been golden. His $200 a month trust fund could’ve paid for housing on skid row.

Court day tomorrow!!

Free my boy danny
Free him by remanding him to a place where he can be safe, kept medicated, taken care of, and off of the streets for the rest of his life.

I do not want to see him "punished" but he should be in a place where he can be controlled for his own good.
