That reminds me, I saw someone on the Reddit a while ago mention there was a full stream of the famous "Hotel is trying to kill me!" video where Daniel hollers nigger at a black hotel clerk who told him that he'd shoot him and that they're armed with a gun if he said that again. Wondering if there's a truth to this because I'm curious about everything leading up to that point from the incident.

Due to being committed in the past he SHOULD fail a background check but the system isn't great at catching people who are disqualified for reasons other than felony records. That and Danial would answer the form honestly not knowing that being committed disqualifies him.

The thing that strikes me after reading through and watching is how he is his own worst enemy; he doesn't seem to be able to help but make things worse for himself.
When he gets into a situation where he's getting asked to leave or trespassed he without fail will A) refuse to stop recording which is just going to annoy people and B) pick some inane point that he thinks justifies him not having to do anything or not being in the wrong and argue it over and over and over until the other party eventually give him no other option or the cops arrive.
What he should be doing to have at least some of his big public spergouts probably not happen in the first place is JUST FUCKING LEAVE???

Someone uploaded the stream from last night, Daniel was apparently tresspassed from a university when police confront him in a parking garage and he rambles on about things to them. Looks to have another court date from this and they warned him that a bench warrant will be issued if he doesn't show. Court date is set on November 6th at 8:30 AM.
