Hopefully the cops/prosecutors/police-station-janitor/whatever realize Dan is fucked in the head and arrange for him to be sent to some form of mental hospital. I have a feeling it probably won't happen, but I'm hoping it does.
I'm not defending Dan, but I don't think he's 100% at fault. Sure he did whack a guy, but he was goaded into the situation by weens.
I imagine his little ostrich brain went on autopilot and he decided he had to defend his bushido samurai honor by kicking that guard.
I don't think Dan is mentally competent to stand trail, and I certainly don't think he realizes that trying to shwack fellas in his way isn't the greatest idea.
Like I've said countless times in this thread, Dan needs to be in a mental home, not a cell.
Lack of help isn't really the issue. Daniel has been sent to
mental hospitals and
group homes before. In the mental hospital, the doctors were very aware of his antics.
He is addicted to his phone, has anger issues and got kicked out for fighting nearly instantly when he lived in a group home. Mental hospitals also are required to release you stop being a threat to yourself and others, and he isn't really suicidal: he just makes those threats to get away with whatever he just did.
The solution to public nuisances is sticks and carrots: a local homeless guy throwing rocks at windows, harassing women and getting into fights needs both punishment and help. Putting them in jail for a few weeks/months could be an unpleasant enough experience to make them reconsider acting up again and actually take treatment seriously. It will also make them reconsider what type of "friends" they are associating with. Obviously, for a career criminal, prison can be a business school for networking, but it can also be a place for Daniel (now without his phone) to be bored enough to utilize jail rehabilitation resources and break his current self-destructive mental cycle.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seckel_syndrome Something like this I'd say. Could be microcephaly too, he has the pinhead look for sure
According to the nerds on Wikipedia, microcephaly is defined as >2-3 standard deviations below average cranial size. His cranium is small, but I'm not sure if it is the bottom 0.2-2.5% small.
Seckel syndrome seems possible though, he does appear to have accelerated aging though, he is 24 and looks like he is in his mid 40s.
Also, these disorders are on a curve, Daniel seems to be on the less bad end, so it isn't obvious just based on his videos. Apparently, both his siblings passed away, so his parents might just be related or something.
